RISE and shine people...
Yummers! I recently tried this during the Covid-19 shutdown and will continue to buy. A new favorite of mine. I like Rise because it’s organic, smooth, low acid (no tummy ache) and has a complex full flavor. My dog and I enjoy the nitro woosh sound when opening and the foam on top. I also do not get jittery or get headaches from this coffee (I tend to when I home cold brew.) How I like it: Mel’s Dirty Red Eye Chai on ice = 1/4 Rise Black Nitro, 1/4 Decaf espresso shot, 1/4 Masala chai concentrate shot, 1/4 Oat Milk. Add ice. Enjoy. With the left over nitro brew I place in a sealed mini jar for later in the day or for the following morning. Cost: My other nitro brew in glass jars was not organic. If I have something on the daily, I try to go non gmo and don’t mind paying a little extra for it. I also don’t mind paying extra for nitro infused vs a basic iced coffee. My tastebuds thank me every morning. My favorite local coffee shops (non chain store) charge $4-7 a glass for nitro cold brew on tap. The chain store coffee shops like Pete’s Coffee Bean and Starbucks charge around $4.95 for a nitro. Therefor, due to the organic certification, nitro infusion, price/oz and home convenience I think it’s a great buy. Taste: If you are unfamiliar with nitro brew taste vs regular cold brew... think Corona Lite vs a Sierra Nevada hefeweizen or a table red wine vs a cabernet. In my opinion nitro brew is more full bodied, darker in color, more flavorful, stays on your tastebuds longer and smells stronger. (Sorry, if the above comparisons seem like I’m reaching. I think it may help some unfamiliar people determine if Rise will suit them. Some of the people in the comment section seemed confused as to what nitro cold brew is and how it differs from a basic cold coffee.) Final thoughts: Good coffee = good mornings! The above comments are my own, not sponsored and not paid for. I also wrote my opinions after finishing the full case.

THIS COFFEE TASTE SO GOOD!
I wanted a coffee that was non-gmo, organic, taste good, chocolate flavor, and a decent value for my money. I bought this item out of curiosity. I immediately chilled two and drank them right away. I like the slimness of the cans. I intend to buy some more soon. I have only had three cans since I got them. I just don’t know what else to say about this item. I think it’s a good value for the money I spent. Caffeine is not mentioned at all. It says that it’s nitrogen infused. The cans aren’t fussy either. Just pop the tab. To me the quality of coffee is in how it taste. I know that as I chill these I’ll soon drink them. That’s why I haven’t put any more in the refrigerator.

So good!
This stuff is a tad sweet, but it tastes so freaking good! I used to mix this with about 6oz of oat milk, and that helped. I had to stop drinking it because I’ve reduced my caffeine consumption over the past year. But I miss it so much!!!

Excellent flavor, but do NOT shake!
Don't fall for the instructions to shake first. You will have coffee all over your kitchen as I did on first take. After I got past that, this little power packed coffee has a really nice taste. I make Espresso Martinis and the Nitro version of said cocktail is even better. This coffee does well in a cocktail shaker and really sets off a good martini. Careful opening can, turn upside down, gently move side to side, flip back over, and crack it open slowly! It has a nitro gizmo at the bottom which activates on open. The nitro effect is subtle because you can not shake first without wearing it all over your outfit. This is perhaps the best coffee for an Espresso Martini, short of brewing yourself. It is expensive though for a tiny 7 oz can.

Wow! By far the best packaged coffee ever!
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but everyone needs to know that this is the best bottled/canned/pre-packaged coffee ever! As only an occasional coffee drinker (1-2x per week), it's not worth it to invest in my own brewing setup. After years of trying various shelf-stable options, I'd never found anything I actually liked that was even remotely comparable to a fresh espresso drink from a real coffee shop. Literally every option was either too sweet, too acidic, too bitter, or had yucky ingredients. After abandoning my search, I happened upon Rise (the oat milk latte flavor) in a friend's fridge. To my surprise, it was truly everything I'd been looking for! I ordered a case of the mocha ASAP! It delivered the same creamy and smooth flavor as the latte with a hint of chocolate. To top it off, this brand is organic dairy free, and affordable -- truly the unicorn of convenience coffee!

My go to iced coffee. Def has a caffeine kick - but I can handle that. Nice sized cans, travel well.
