Taking since 2 weeks now I can say that it was worth to try it. To be honest I felt changes on the second days already. Felt more powerful and energetic. I am on my feet all day do 12 hours, and I can do more easily than before. I am really happy I have found a product that contains lots of Vitamin. I miss only Vitamin K. I share with my husband [60 capsules] so it is enough for 1 month and the price is really reliable. Will order again. I take 1 capsule in the morning after meal it provides me energy enough during the day. P.s. I have made no changes in my lifestyle, therefore the pisitive feedback is thanks to the product.

Easy to take, really made me feel better and more energetic from the first day of taking! Will stick to this now as have wasted loads of money on vitamins that do nothing! Used to take another really good one buy no longer available as they cannot source the ingredients for some reason so I am really pleased that these vitamins make me feel alive again, especially after the miserable autumn and winter we have had weather-wise!

They do seem to boost your "get up and go"

Heys site states one tablet per day but Amazon states two.

Only just started this multi-vit so don’t really know yet, but they have good reviews which is why I am trying them. Hope they are as good as I have read.
