I particularly like the cooling effecť it ĥas on my feet. They swell and feel very hot and burning especially at night and the cream does help to cool them down and relieve the pain and burning more quickly than others I have tried.

Bought for my mom, who suffers from burning sensation in her feet during the night. Pairing this gel with a painkiller usually helps her go back to sleep. It doesn’t work on it’s own, she doesn’t need a painkiller as well. It does cool her feet down, she likes massage it in

Feels lovely and cool when first applied, smells nice too. But the cooling feeling doesn’t last long at all. Not really what I expected. To be honest any gel like cream if stored in a fridge would have the same effect.

I have nerve damage in my spine which makes my calf and foot feel as if they are burning. This balm suppresses it for long enough for me to get to sleep. The only downside is that you don't get a lot for your money.

I bought this to see if it would ease the pain of my broken foot and ankle and it definitely did also made bruising disappear quick. Would definitely recommend. Lovely smell and cooling effect

Sticky , ineffective for any real cooling effect and dries leaving a dry uncomfortable almost dusty/gritty residue sensation the skin.

Frio frio en si no dá, necesitas que te de la brisa de la ventana o aire con ventilador, es la unica forma que noto el frescor, el olor es regular y deja la piel un poco seca, hay otros formatos que tienen mas mentol y se nota mas el frio, a mi personalmente no me ha gustado mucho.
