Great Product Every Time
I’ve now ordered this I don’t know how many times and every time it’s snail free, vibrant, and healthy. They ship right away and arrive in a couple days. They are able to exist in my tanks and they don’t require Co2. Very good quality. I also think it’s a great price for what you get. I haven’t had anything they sent me die.

Bad Idea
These do not live. The first delivery came brown, smelled poorly and were dead. They were kind enough to replace them, but they still weren't healthy, nor did they live. Two days after they arrived after following their directions, the plants aren't viable. Most stems that arrived didn't have roots and didn't grow roots in the water before wilting. I have 1 plant that is still half-living, but the leaves have started to die and dry out. I will go to a local pond store, because mailing water plants doesn't seem to work in warm weather months. They were in my closed/hot mailbox a few hrs. before I got home and that wasn't a good thing.

Great value. A nice mix of plants.
I am very happy with the package of plants that I received from Aquarium Plants & Pets. The package arrived earlier than expected via USPS. I am extremely fortunate that the Bay Area was not experiencing a heat wave this week as the box was cardboard and not insulated. So if you live in a very hot location, please make sure to bring this inside the house as soon as possible. The plants were inside a gallon sized bag (which was very filled to the brim with plants - a plus!) still moist despite being in the post for a few days. As described, there were multiple stems of a number of the plants. The seller was kind enough to include a page of instructions for the care and maintenance of the plants I received. Per the instructions, the seller recommended that I put these in the aquarium straight away. Because I got home late last night, I quickly drove to PetSmart to pick up some additional substrate. There were six varieties of plants included in my bag.Being very new with my aquarium tank hobby, I must confess I had no clue which plant was what, but 5 of the 6 varieties were clipped together with a metal band which was helpful when I transferred them each into aquarium pots. I secured my plants with some pebble and into the tank (an outdoor 20 gallon container pot with a biowheel filter + water heater) they went. A small suggestion for the seller would be if you could be kind enough to label which bunch was which plant, I think that'd be wonderful - or at a minimum, perhaps a photo array of the plants you put in the bag?I also want to address the conditions of the plants once I took them out of the bag. As expected (and he did warn me in his instructions), some of the leaves did fall out and the plants did look a bit limpy. I checked on the plants the next morning and sure enough, they were starting to perk up. My filter did end up catching some large bits of plant debris that fell out overnight, but nothing that would worry me.I appreciate the seller offering to replace any plants that didn't make the transit. I think my batch will survive (and maybe thrive!) once I give it some time to grow. I will take some pictures of my plants in a week or so once they've recovered from their transit.

It’s a good place to start
Some of the plants came very robust and healthy and some were completely rotten. Wish they would keep different plants in separate bags. Otherwise, came with cool varieties!

Arrived alive
Plants arrived looking healthy, some of them looked like they had no roots at all . Water column plant broke apart easy but managed to get a ok amount in the tank. Some of the rooted plants had a foam in-between the roots making safe removal a little challenging.I will update as the days past for adaptation or plant death. My tank has good parameters and even shrimp are good with it even tetras which are known to be a little more sensitiveUpdate: every plant survived and is doing well.
