So, some of the things I like about this bag:1. 3 pockets outside so I can have my bottled water keys and face mask easily at hand2. Generous bag which fits a change of clothes and my iPad without it feeling cramped.3. Sturdier feeling than other back packs I’ve had at this price point yet still very light in weight.4.the arm straps are padded which surprisingly makes it more comfortable than othersI could probably say more but these are the things I like most. Big fan of this pack. super functional external pockets (good design) & i like that it's not bulky so I can pack light easily (I'm 5'3" and the pack looks medium size on me). the color is great too! vivid orange, very nice. construction is solid as well.If I had to say one con it's that I wish it could be packed down a little bit smaller. But that's hardly a big deal.

I have only used this backpack twice, for weekend trips. It is not large, but because the inside is one undivided space, it holds a bit more than you'd think. This past weekend I packed sweatpants, heavy socks, a thin long-sleeve merino T-shirt, underthings and a pair of cloth shoes, a phone charger and cord, plus some heavy gloves and a small thin toiletry bag (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013FX0Z94/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) as well as a folding pill organizer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0027RWNN6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which I use as a sort of first-aid kit. In the outside front pocket I put a merino neck gaiter and another pair of gloves. I absolutely love this front pocket--I really would like to see this style on more backpacks, although stuffing a jacket in this pocket would be a little challenging due to the size.We are planning a trip to Europe (someday!) and plan to pack just a small backpack that fits under a plane seat. I think this is just slightly too small for this goal, but I would definitely pack it flat at the bottom of a clamshell-type backpack to carry around for day trips. This style backpack will lie flat better than nylon backpacks with internal dividers. Plus it's lightweight and although I didn't carry it for long periods of time, I did find the straps comfortable. They have just a little "koosh" to them but are breathable at the same time. It's nice that there are 2 water bottle pockets, although ideally the mesh and elastic would stretch a bit more to make it easier to accommodate a water bottle.I think this would also be comfortable for small children, although I am not sure about using it to carry books or a laptop. I really like this little backpack and if you can get it for around ten bucks, want to use it for just a few things and don't require a lot of organizational features, I absolutely recommend it.

I love this backpack! The size is perfect if you plan to use it for day trips. I bought it for the dog park. My Pom loves to chase little balls, so my bag is filled with them and his leash, a water bottle, and a hoodie when it's cool in the evenings. I also store extra poop bags, some additional dog supplies, and a few personal items. I like that it fits great on my back, is very durable, and is super easy to clean. I've had it peed on (not by my Pom) and pounced on (with muddy paws), and it cleaned up like new and dried in no time.On a side note, usually, I'm not too fond of the little pockets on the side of backpacks, mainly because they get stretched out, and they typically aren't deep enough. Not these; they hold a little dog water bottle and have not stretched out at all!! It has a large pocket divider and a small zip pocket inside. It also has a pocket on the exterior of the bag. This bag is the perfect design because you can easily find everything. Usually, I'm not too fond of a lot of interior pockets because I can never find things, but this is not a problem with this bag. It is a simple design that is so user-friendly. Honestly, I thought this bag might go back because of some reviews, especially concerning size and durability. This was not the case for me. It is super durable, and I found it pretty spacious. I wouldn't use this on an extended camping or hiking trip, but for a day trip, it is PERFECT!! I'm a petite woman, and sometimes backpacks look too big on me; this one fits perfectly on my back. I use it regularly, so I rarely fold it up, but I did test it out when I first received it. The bag folds up very nicely and fits perfectly in its zipper pouch. I 100% recommend this backpack!

Bought for my 3 and 4 year old sons as they have gotten very enthusiastic about hiking with me and wanted "real packs". Shoulder strap comfort was key for day hiking use, breathability and comfort and these packs checked all the boxes. As you can see they are a little large for my boys but we made them work comfortably and they are something they can grow into (they are adult size and adjustable). Very light weight with even distribution pockets for balance within pack. The only additional thing I wished it had was a front chest clip to secure it in place while scrambling (rock climbing) otherwise I'm super happy and so are my boys.
