If you have flat feet like I do, these are the most brilliant invention ever!! I just bought new tennis shoes, then tossed out the liners and replaced them with these wonderful inserts. Now I can walk for miles without feeling any pain or discomfort. Plus they arrived so quickly!

It's a good product, but doesn't come in 1/2 sizes. There is a little movement in the shoes due to not fitting exactly. But it is a great insert.
