Great flavor!
Great flavor, I like to bulk make pasta for the pantry just to have on hand. We haven’t bought pasta from the store in quite some time. I ran out of my regular bulk semolina flour and wanted ravioli and was able to get this delivered next day. We made a ton of ravioli and the flavor and texture was sooo good.

Great for pizza and pasta
Perfect for the stuff to toss onto the pizza paddle. It acts like little ball bearings for an easy release into the oven. It doesn't burn bad like regular flour or cornmeal in the 800 degree oven. I got this advise years ago from a real Pizzaoli. Great also for authentic pasta.

Great semolina
I bought this to make my own pasta shapes with family members as a fun activity and it worked very well and tasted amazing. I was really surprised how yummy they turned out despite some of the shapes being a little bigger than they should have been, it did not matter. High quality semolina.
