Premium Liquid Multivitamin

I take one tablespoon in the morning with about 60ml of water. Do the same before bedtime for the full dose. The taste is fine with the added water. I can not swallow large pills. This product allows me to get vitamins essentials that I need.

There are some people in here that gave it a bad review, but I don't care about those ones, they are too picky. One person said they took a multi-vitamin, and it's better than this one is, well my doctor told me that B vitamins don't even absorb well in your intestines when you take them in pill form, and you're not even getting what you need from them, she told me that B vitamins need to be taken by liquid or injection, or it's worthless taking them, so I really don't believe that person who said the multi-vitamin helped better, they're fooling themselves. I'll tell you about my experience, and I haven't been taking the liquid that long either. My most noticeable experience was my eyes, and even though I'm taking all the eye supplements that there is, like Lutein, Billberry, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, and so on, my eyes just seem to annoy me more and more each day, I was even getting worried about them, and feeling like there was something missing. I know that I don't eat enough too make up for all the vitamins I need, I only eat once a day, and I could tell that by the cramping I get in my leg, as well, so I knew I had to do something about it. I bought this Mega liquid vitamins because I felt it's worth giving it a try, and I can positively say that my eyes are feeling SO MUCH better, not to mention, they aren't SO DRY anymore, which was another problem that not even the really good eyedrops for dry eyes, was helping, and yes, it's helping my energy level too, actually it's helping a LOT, including sleeping, which I always have such a hard time with. This only took 4 days to start working, and I think that's really good! I don't mind the taste at all, a bit funny tasting, but I'll take that over the way I was beginning to feel, which at 68 isn't good at all! I give this 5 stars, hands down, and I don't care what ANYONE else says, they are FAR BETTER than pills, and work MUCH faster!

I'm not able to verify how well the vitamins and minerals in this mixture are absorbed into my body or what they did, but I can say that the liquid had a decent orange flavor and was convenient to consume. It had the right mix of vitamins for me.

Seems to be equal to other premium liquid vitamins. The taste is a little strong, do much so that my wife won't use it. It took a few days but I have adjusted to the taste. Can't say I feel much difference from the others, but it helps make up for my diet.

I take supplements and they really make a difference in my life I have been trying to use more liquid choices for ease and quicker ingestion,this product works well in this aspect tastes very good also!

Upon opening this product, I thought it had gone bad, the smell is not pleasant. I tried some, and it is not a terrible taste, but not a good taste either, it is tolerable. The absorption is definitely not 98%. Prior to this I was taking a multivitamin in pill form, and anyone who has taken a multivitamin has probably noticed that it turns your urine a bright greenish yellow color because your body does not absorb all of the vitamins, or possibly not any of them. That is why I purchased this, I wanted to make sure I was absorbing the vitamins. Well, after taking this I get the same results, same bright greenish yellow stream. Unless there are such high quantities of vitamins in this product that 2% will do that, then it is not absorbing into my body, it is passing right through. From what I've read about vitamins, if the quantities are that high, then it is probably dangerous since vitamin overdoses can cause issues as well. So either way, you are not absorbing enough, or you are getting too much. I was going to finish the product and see if I felt anything, because after 12 days of use I did not feel any different, which also makes me think my body was not absorbing them. I did not get the chance to though. There is a paper gasket in the top of the cap to keep it sealed tight. The glue did not last past the second day and the gasket would stick to the top of the bottle. At first I would just stick it back in the cap, but it is made of paper and start to break down from the liquid hitting it when I shook up the bottle. I had to throw the gasket away and the next morning after I shook it up, the liquid ran down into the threads of the cap. When I opened it there was a good amount stuck in there and it dripped all over the floor. I used some bleach wipes to clean it up, but the smell persisted for a few days. I ended up have to mop the floor twice to get the smell to dissipate a little and after a few more days it is mostly gone. Over all, that gasket is not made for liquid and was a bit of a hassle to deal with, the smell was not pleasant, the taste was only tolerable and it just didn't do anything for me.

So far so good, not a bad taste at all… only have taken 3 days but will continue if it helps…

I read many reviews before I bought this & the best reason I did was that many said ( & my Dr.) that liquid is absorbed better into the system than pills. That's the biggest reason I got this was my Dr. recommended a liquid but, NOT THIS ONE SPECIFICALLY. I have been using it consistently for 2 weeks now & I honestly can not say that I notice any difference at all other than it makes my so urine so BRIGHT yellow it's probably classified as OSHA Yellow. As many folks claimed that it made them feel " brighter, more alert, quicker, smarter, etc... " I don't notice any of that. I can only hope that the vitamin intake works. A blood test in another few weeks will hopefully indicate some difference in that matter. I CAN say that it tastes sharp but not offensive. Nothing like what I remember Tang tasting like when I was a kid. The product has a 2 year shelf life from date of manufacture & I was lucky enough to get one that was only 2 months from manufacturing. One reviewer actually called the seller & whined about wanting one that was " fresher " because it was exactly in the middle of that date. Imagine.
