I haven’t opened this yet, since it’s for travel and single use, but I’m prepared for any “emergency needs”. A month ago I was hiking with some friends and one came up to me asking if I had a pad or tampon. I didn’t have anything and thought carrying some extras would be a great idea. I don't know when America became so filthy rich that companies began to think they would pay almost $7 for a tampon and one sanitary pad. Considering that most females go through four to six tampons a day during their menstrual cycle which usually lasts 5 days, this "convenient kit" is way too expensive for my budget. And, I'm rich. Make your own kit...your tween will thank you for it -- especially if they need more than one tampon a month.
