The Future of Church in America
Mark DeYmaz is one of the leading practitioners and thought leaders on Multi-Site church. His church, Mosaic, in Little Rock is a beacon of what the Kingdom of God looks like in a distressed community. Leading a multi-ethnic church has its own unique challenges. Mark deals with this reality in a practical and Biblical way.

Helpful For Any Church Leader
This is a more in-depth version of DeYmaz's book "Building a Healthy Multi-Ethnic Church." I especially liked the chapters on Overcoming Relational Challenges and on Spiritual Warfare. Although the examples are from churches that are really attempting to fulfill Jesus' vision of church - a multi-ethnic one, these are such important issues for all churches and certainly for ones in earlier stages of that development, such as ours - where we are realizing that to fulfill the vision that God has laid on our hearts, we need to be equipped to do it well. This book really does offer insight and practical ways to address these and many other issues that arise in any church or, really, any group of humans.

A must read
If you are a pastor, church planter, ministry leader, or aspiring church planter this book is a must read. The author does an amazing job exegeting the scriptures by demonstrating why the church should be multiethnic, multicultural, and multigenerational..

Useful, as long as you can relate to the context
This is a good story and one to be celebrated. It is very much in the US context, so multi-ethnic challenges will be different with other dominant paradigms and other mixes of people. It may have been useful to include more of an intro explaining the particular context Y'maz works in.I enjoyed it.

Makes you think in the right ways
Our church is just now becoming racially diverse. I plan on using concepts from this book in a sermon series

Not so easy to grasp
I like the fact that there is almost a case study in each chapter and every now and then, however, it is not easy to grasp the concepts of the theory portrait in the book as stories could be interpreted in a variety of ways.

multiculturalism
The in and out theme of today in Britain but this is based in US> Still we can learn from it and it does not cover all aspects of problems cross-cultural issues can cause in churches.
