Obviously it would not be fair to compare this flash light which uses 3xAA batteries with those flash lights that use 3xAAA or 18650 batteries.I have lots of flash lights and lanterns, as I love flash lights. And have now concluded that this is the brightest one in my inventory.I didn't want to spend a fortune on the big rechargeable battery (forgot the model, but it's twice as big as the 18650 battery), so I use 3 rechargeable AA batteries instead.I have now bought a total of 5 of the Pro 300, keep 1 in each car and tool bag. Should be done with buying flash lights for now.

This is a beast of a flashlight! Its a little hefty, a little larger then I thought, but feels sturdy and well made. It does have a focus so you can focus the light in a smaller area. I believe it has 4 settings, 1st setting is the standard bright light, 2nd setting is a dim light, 3rd setting is a fast strobe and 4th is a slow strobe. The head of the flashlight moves up and down to allow you to focus and the glass acts like a magnifier. This is a good HD flashlight as it is fairly heavy, you can blind the assailant, then beat them down with this. This light isn't 1200 lumen's but its still very bright.

Bought the Pro 300 Base (non-rechargeable) model flashlight on July 5, 2017 for $10.99. Love it! BRIGHT white light turns night into day! Zoomable. Single on/off switch (no stepping light intensity up or down). This thing is all bright, all the time. So bright you should wear suntan lotion when you use it. ;-)Listing says that it's waterproof but the instruction manual that came in the box says that it is not, so I treat mine as if it's water-resistant rather than fully waterproof.Anyhoo, an all-around great torch, as the Brits like to call them. Liked it so much I went to order another one as a gift for a neighbor and the price, exactly six weeks after I bought the first one on Amazon, is now $16.99! That's a ~55% price increase in <45 days! Wow...just wow...

If I could go 4 1/2 I would....the batteries that came with it were shot..AND I kinda expected the tube to be smaller for a gun mount (that's what I think when I read "Tactical" although I'm sure if I had been thorough the dimensions were probably available if not on the listing then somewhere)...Bright heavy duty...waterproof....and at the cost of a junk one you'll find at a Big Box store based in Ar no names though....anyways Happy Happy Happy would buy...would recommend...for Value it can't be beat

This is a great flashlight!!! I used this during Hurricane Harvey in the rain while it was pouring. It was exposed to water for over an hour. This is a very well built flashlight that doesn't feel cheap at all. This thing is super bright, brighter than some car headlights. Best money ever spent. I highly recommend this.

Box and listing state "3 AA batteries included", they weren't.Flashlight is listed as waterproof, although instructions state "DO NOT submerge this flashlight in water" and "Keep the flashlight away from sunshine, water and any corrosive gases or liquids."

Didn't work. Came with batteries. Didn't work. Put in new batteries. Didn't work. Made sure batteries were installed correctly. Didn't work. Tried batteries incorrectly. Still didn't work. Returned.

This is a great flashlight, tough, well built, and super bright. We have some pretty nice, smaller 300 lumen led flashlights, but they do not compare to the coverage and brightness of this one. Best flashlight I've ever used.
