Terrible product. It started to have loud noises and I hate to use it so I just get a new MacBook. Will never purchase product from this company! Waste of money

3060 graphics card didn’t work, perhaps damaged from shipping. I checked that it was seated properly in the slot, but without resolution. It displayed green horizontal lines on the screen, and Windows Device Manager reported that Windows stopped the device due to errors (see photos). Same result on 3 different monitors with both HDMI and Display Port. Had to return the computer. When I googled “green horizontal lines” all results were related to ibuypower machines. I found that unsettling. The box looked like it had been shipped many times, and had 8 different previous shipping labels covered, in addition to mine. I suspect the computer I received had been returned by previous buyers, even tho it was sold as new. I ended up buying a different version of an ibuypower machine from bestbuy, and it works perfect. Rating 3 stars. 1 Star for the bad experience, and possibly selling me what appeared to be an open box pc, but listed as new. Still waiting on my refund, even though I’ve had my new computer for a week now. 5 stars for the second one I bought from bestbuy.

Initial review: This has been a great computer so far, it worked right out of the box. Fans are dead silent and it has done well with not running hot. Runs 1080p on max settings easily, eventually I will be getting a better monitor to try higher resolutions. The packaging was great with form fitted foam wedged on the inside of the case to keep everything in place. The parts used seem of decent quality, wiring could be cleaned up a little, most of it is well hidden which is good. Water cooler lines might make swapping RAM tricky, but I'll find out soon enough when I add more. Looks good, here's hoping it stays good 👍 Update: This thing has been having constant random freezing issues, for the last 7 months. I've been trying to troubleshoot, replaced RAM, power supply, updated bios, re-downloaded windows, new ssd, and checked all connections. Starting to think it's one of the big 3: CPU, GPU, or motherboard. I'm at a loss and out a bunch of money on a dead computer.

Couldn’t get far upon first booting up the pc. Tried multiple times to figure out the problem using a combination of my lack of tech savvyness and also using the troubleshooting pdf from the ibuypower site without any positive results. I then call tech support. Long story short; the staff I was on the phone with, although he was kind and polite, was absolutely no help as he only echoed the troubleshooting guide, which again was no help. I’ll be returning the pc asap…
