Great Quality, Great Value. Super easy to take off.
I do recommend this soft top as it adds a great look to your jeep and it is great quality. It encouraged me to do more with my jeep. Bestop made this soft top to be the exact opposite of a pain in the ass and simple while keeping it quality and sleek. Installation will take a few hours but is worth it. KNOW THE WINDOWS NEED TO BE HEATED BY THE SUN AND ALLOWED TIME TO STRETCH and uninstalling takes minutes, and stays assembled. I've wanted this soft top for the longest time. I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and it fits and looks great. The installation was a bit of a pain but if you get a friend and watch their installation video, it really helps. The only trouble I had with the installation was that there were a couple screws that did not fit in the designated hole. I triple checked if they were the right ones for the right spot and they were. I found some other screws in my garage and just used those instead. I'm not sure if anyone else had that problem. Also the other issue was that the window panels were very tight fitting. I figured that because they were new. Once they were left in the sun long enough the side windows fit. In order to get the rear window, I figured out that putting the soft top in the sunrider position or even unhooking the middle hooks but not folding it back, relieved tension and allowed the rear window bar to snap into place. The windows may take time to stretch and weren't easy the first couple times but I got it. Throughout the summer I used it in every position offered. Sunrider is so easy and I even throw it back when im driving lol. Putting it back all the way is easy too. It's possible to do it alone. The greatest position was the bikini top. It is the best way to drive and after taking my doors off for the first time ever, this was a great feature. Today I realized it was time to take it off due to the changing of the seasons. There was nothing online about how to take it off so I figured it out on my own. Let me tell you, it took me 5-10min to uninstall it. AMAZING. I was in heaven because I was dreading such a process. Take your windows off first then you just unsnap the pins in the very back on your slanted roll bars and remove as you would if you were putting it all the way down. Then unscrew the door frames. Easy work and it's all assembled for next season for a QUICK installation.

Great top! Unbeatable design.
Incredible product, top notch engineering/design, quality material. Takes a bit of time to get installed but easily doable. Drip rail above door, way seal in top and stock jeep seals combine very nice touchscreen. Love the versatility.

Rear Window Is Main Complaint
Very nice top. Looks very good and install is not very difficult if you watch the video and are somewhat mechanically inclined. I had 2 minor issues: First was attaching the stay straps in section 15. 2 of the pre-drilled holes are not threaded correctly or are the wrong size. When putting in the screws they broke very easily. Even though I was being very careful and even more so on the second screw. The holes in question are the inside screw holes of the 3 bow. The other minor issue was installing the cable guide cover. The nuts and screw are small and there is very little room to maneuver and I have skinny fingers. Finally got it on after about 15 drops and loosing the nut 5 times. My major complaint however is the back window. Maybe it won't be so bad after it warms up and has time to stretch but I think a design change should be considered. The overall concept is great but the major flaw is locking it into the tailgate bar. It doesn't really lock. Having a latch or some sort of notch that actually holds it in place would be better. It's been 3 weeks since my install and the temp has been 70 or below. I'm hoping once it warms more that my back window will stretch some and stay put in the tailgate bar when I open my tailgate.

Water tight and great look
Replaced the Factory soft top on my wifes 2016 JKU with this top after the factory top started leaking (3 years old). took about 2 hours to replace it, but that was due to my rewiring the aftermarket Sirius antenna. Overall, the install went very well. I had two issues. The "relief straps" that screw into the new top track would only allow me to installed 4 of the 5. I completely broke a screw off on the correct hold that was identified in the instructions. I had to drill it out and went without it on the other side. Besttop did not drill those holes in the correct diameter and I was too lazy to fix this. No adverse affects at this time (approximately 3 weeks of daily use this far). So far my wife is very happy with this top and the increased visibility in the rear window is much better. I have noticed road noise to be slightly less than the factory top.

Quality Product Made Difficult Install Worth It
This is a very high quality soft top. PROS - - High quality construction and material - Zip pouches on the top front of the top - Back window gaskets lock in firmly so no worries of them popping out at speed - Multiple positionings possible from design (sunrider, full convertible, bikini top) - Overall detailed instructions make install bearble CONS - - Install is challenging - took me and another person 5 hours to complete. Also has many very, very small parts that can easily get lost - be very careful during install process - Instruction details for install could be a little better illustrated - recommend using a YouTube video to supplement So far overall very happy with purchase. The install is tough but once past this aspect this is a fine aftermarket product that outperforms the Mopar top that you can get when buying new. Just set aside a whole day for the install and you'll be happy from there on out.

Nice top
Purchased this for my husband's 2015 Jeep Wranger Sahara. It's a really nice top and fits his Jeep really well. It retracts from back and front or just all the way. It took probably 5 hours for 2 people to put it together. Warning: the box we recieved from Amazon was in horrible condition. Some of the parts were broken. It had obviously been sent to someone else too, as it had another address label on it. We returned it and it took Amazon almost 4 weeks from when I sent it to give me refund. We sent it back via UPS and it kept indicating it was received on a Monday (4 days after I sent). Return said it would be refunded 10 days after received. I called and customer service representative said it could actually take 14 business days. I was 2 days away from 14 days, so I gave it 3 and called again. Customer service representative said she could go ahead and refund now. Of course it took another 2 business days to get funds back. I love Amazon, but would not suggest buying a product like this from them. We ended up purchasing straight from seller. It was cheaper and the product and box wasn't in bad condition. This is the only time I've received something from Amazon and been very disappointed by delivery, product, returns and customer service.

Except for the water leak it’s a great top
I’ve had this top on my Jeep for18 mos. +/-. I like the look of it. It was pretty easy to install, watch the videos and follow the directions. Took me a couple of hours and if you have someone to help you … even better. The material and build quality appeared to be very good and it has held up well considering we live at the beach and I don’t change out tops in the winter. As you would imagine it does not suppress much, if any , sound, so it’s noisey. My issue is that it has developed a water leak somewhere around the right side door. The leak seems t only occur when my Jeep is stationary, I’ve not observed it leaking while driving in the rain. Have researched and attempted some fixes with no success. Thus my 3 star rating. I will probably put my hard top back on so that I don’t have to keep drying out the floorboard.
