I used these within a custom made light up Haunted Mansion gate insert and they're dead-on perfect.Great color, easy to fit, simple to wire and modify as needed.Yes, I would recommend these LED's and I'm sure your project will wonderful when completed.

I put these under my hood for an automatic light option when I open it. I used 3 in parallel and this was a good level of brightness. Great quality.

These lights themselves are quite bright and cast an even light, but the wires themselves coming off are very thin and the adhesive on the back does not stick very well, but worked for what I needed it for.

I purchased these strip lights to illuminate the footwell area of my Jeep Wrangler. I was going to stick them on the interior door frame and wire them to the existing footwell 12V lights.Wire Gauge: These are not 18 gauge wires. The insulation is closer to 20AWG and the interior wire is 10-12 strands of copper at most. Due to their thinness they are difficult to wire to actual 18 gauge wires.Brightness: I had wanted bright LEDs strip lights and these lights are marginally brighter than the incandescent bulb inside the vehicle already.Double Sided-Tape: I prepped a painted metal surface by cleaning it multiple times with Windex before sticking the light onto the interior of the Jeep. Once mounted, I noticed that the adhesion was going to be an issues. As I wired the light Into place, I could tell that this light will not likely hold in the long term.Overall: You get what you pay for. These lights are decent for the price but I'm not planning on using them. The adhesion, wire thickness, and brightness were all a disappointment and will be replacing them with something of higher quality.

Every year our Xmas blowups seem to get dimmer. This year I decided to fix that. I soldered these to the power wires in the blow up. Then hot glued the strip to the existing plastic LED housing inside. And what a huge difference. I started with the Yoda. And then did the last 4 after that.I chose to use hot glue because I figured the adhesive would not like the constant daily movement of the blowups falling down during the day and back up at night. I removed about a 1/2” of the adhesive back covering and put the glue right on the adhesive area. Then pressed it onto the blow up light inside. Seems to hold up just fine.

Excellent for small projects like this tire inflator that runs off a Ryobi 18v Batt, thru a 12v dc-dc Convertor, thus has a clean, stable 12v available. Saves having to also carry a flashlight in low light while inflating tires. As others mentioned the tape adhesive strip it meant only for easy quick location. Use a wire tie (or zip tie) at each end to keep in place, especially if rounding a corner. A wire tie needs only a small drilled hole so i went that route.

There ok, tape is ok I was hoping for 3m or something a lil stronger i used a heat gun and some 3m adhesive spray to make them stay a lil better its just what i had handy ill eventually get some 3m tape thoe, the colour and brightness is good. Says 18awg there's no way, there at least 22awg pretty well need a soldering gun to connect, tiny fingers or special connectors. They seem to work well thoe.

I got these to replace some under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. I like how they are separate and therefore don't need to be cut. The wire leads are permanently attached to light strip so no need for plastic snap connectors. Happy I got this.
