Bought this set after my physical therapist used them on me. Cupping therapy honestly is fantastic for relieving pain and relaxing tight muscles. We took it on a recent cruise for helping to relieve pain in my lower back and my husband’s leg and knee pain. What a godsend! The cups take only a few minutes to use for pain relief that lasts and doesn't have any heavy pain med side effects. The cups do leave a red spot on the skin but it doesn’t last long. I love the good quality heavy plastic of the cups and the pump works well. The case is just cardboard and not as sturdy as I would like. Overall, for the money, this set is very good and very effective at relieving pain.

The cup set was very well set up, it has everything you need and some we don't even use. Good variety of sizes. Lots of the Largest and mid size cups and fewer of the smaller ones down to about a 1" cup. They do hold suction well, they are smooth and there are no seams. Seams can be a problem on the cheaper sets. The storage box is better than expected for the price, it holds all the items and keeps everything in place while traveling. The pump did break after about 4 months. The cheap pumps are about $6-$8 to replace and they last about as long as the original. Originally, the prices was around $20 and very reasonable for the amount of items in the set. Overall, we're happy with but it seems that pumps will be replaced like service items, on a periodic basis.

I'm very surprised and did not had much hopes at the price point. I got this to relieve me from tennis elbow pain and it does a pretty good job at it. Made out of plastic, good build quality and the suction holds well. They have included different size cups that cover many areas of the body. Its light and portable to carry.

I've had them for 2 weeks. I have used them on my upper shoulder, neck area 4 times so far and I get a lot of relief for about 24-48 hours, then I want to do it again. Tricky part is that you can't really do this alone, especially if you are using them on your back. I've been leaving them on for 10 mins. I might experiment with a longer session to avoid having to do it every other day. I have CHRONIC pain due to horrible posture, working on a computer doing the same job for 15 years. Locally I could pay $40-80 a session for this and so far I've gotten 4 uses out of it and there is nothing that is broken so far. Even though I was sceptical to purchase because of what the bad reviews said, I decided it was worth a gamble for $20

Poor quality, don’t last long, cups crack easily and don’t hold their vacuum.

I bought this tool to help me with cellulite on my butt and tights. I tryed on my butt after first 3 time looks like it’s better but I want to do now every other day I was just checking how it works. My daughter help me a little probably with out her I would not do by my self. I like that those cupping are plastic and it’s not easy to brake it. I like that those cupping are different four sizes. My friend has similar and after doing them on her butt and thighs for 1 1/2 months we all see a big difference she did it about four to five times a week. I’m hopping it’s going to work on me too. You just need to try couple time so you would figure out how it works
