I haven't traveled with it yet, but its packed and ready. It's big and rolls really easy!!!

I ordered two of the Steve Madden 28" soft side luggage bags in Black. They came in separate deliveries and the first one was Purple instead of the Black originally ordered. But the Purple is very nice and my wife will use it. They are very stylish and roomy and I like the swivel wheels. The weight is so much lighter than our old 28" bags. Will be using them for several upcoming trips this year. Would have rated 5 stars but for the mistake in color.

Took this for a week-long beach trip with my husband and I. It was perfect for fitting both of our stuff in it PLUS the extra clothing & shoes that I pack that I ALWAYS think I *might* wear but never do.... :) There was still a little room left for a couple shirts and other small things that we bought down there when we were heading back home.No complaints about this suitcase at all. PLUS the blue/brown colors look SO. GOOD.

I bought the Steve Madden 28 inch luggage for my daughter- in- law's bridal shower in August of 2022. She used it for her honeymoon to Italy in October of 2023. Only 2 days into their trip, the retractable handle broke off. When they got back from their honeymoon, I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. When my husband tried to retract the handle, it wouldn't budge. Once again, I reached out to customer service, and they promptly send me a second replacement which worked just fine. Let me say that my experience with customer service was outstanding. A week ago my daughter -in- law traveled to Paris and used the new replacement (this is the third one). When she got back, she informed me that the retractable handle broke off on her way to the hotel when she arrived in France. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I'm not sure if it is a design flaw, but we will never purchase a Steve Madden piece of luggage again and will look elsewhere for our luggage needs.

Have used it more than once and it’s still great. It holds Sooooo much and ended up being perfect for me with my bulky items.

I travel a lot and this luggage is extremely well made. Wheels glide perfectly, zippers open and close with ease. Love all the small details. Was so impressed I ordered the bigger bag to match.

I was supprised at how worn this looked after one trip. Also the wheels are very noisy.
