It’s broken
The media could not be loaded. The sprayer is defective! Just got it yesterday and it’s not working. Waste of money.

Easy spray and doesn't drip
I like this for my shoulder pain, but for lower back and having to turn this upside down, I don't feel like I'm getting the full benefit for my back. Going to stick with a roll-on product.

It works!
I recently was told that the pain in my left shoulder is due to a small tear in my rotator cuff. I am a lefty, so the pain was causing problems for me -- I'm also on a walker, so that doesn't help!! I tried another cream and spray for pain, but it didn't help much. The Icy Hot Pro cream and spray help tremendously. Most helpful when I'm trying to get myself comfortable for sleep.

Does not work!
If this has never done anything for you, don’t worry; it still won’t. I don’t feel anything icy or hot. All it does is stink to high hell and open up your sinus’, even if you don’t want it to. Don’t waste your money; I already did that for you.

It's indeed both icy and hot
It's hard to rate a product so trusted like Icy hot. It's fast acting speed and value is well known. These cans are more durable them the old ones and they deffenetly knock out that muscle strain and help with pain relief. Point and spray easy to use and less smell then before.
