Works perfect
It works perfect and the reset pin is at the right angle I want to get a couple more soon for my van and toolbox and a couple extra ones also, they feel like they are made well

Not for AC Mesh Pro
Tools works great on the AC Pro, but is too thick to work with the AC Mesh Pro. Other than that it is made well.

Works flawlessly
My days of struggling with paperclips are over! This key is super easy to use and can be used in spaces where you can actually see the slot. Just put the key in until it stops, turn your access point a little, pull the key out and the AP comes right off. And having something sturdy to hit that reset button is great! The checklist ring is a welcome bonus!

Worth it
If you have installed more unifi AP then in a normal home then you know the pain of the little key or trying to find something to reset it with.Life is much nice and its a shame unifi doesnt include this tool with its APs

Missing one thing
I want to like the tool but the reset part is too big to fit some of the new ubiquiti devices. I had to hook a paper clip around the thing so I can have something with me at all times.They just need to update that part then it would be great

Not completely as pictured
Tool works as described and pictured, but it did not come with the metal band loop to connect it to a keychain, etc. You need to have your own keyring so it's not a deal breaker, but looking at the image I had a spot to attach it to that would now not work because you only have the hole in the handle.
