Acnecide Face Gel 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment for Spot Prone Skin 15g

My 15 year old son is suffering with constant breakouts so after doing alot of reading this cream sounded the best and the reviews are excellent...You would not believe the difference it has made to his face, the spots have all dried up and no new ones are forming. It works as kind of a blocker to bacteria forming I guess, the only down side is that it's caused him to have some dry skin patches around the sides of his mouth. Apart from that this is excellent, I wish they did larger tubes though because it doesn't last 5 minutes.

This is amazing and really does work!I have suffered with adult acne for 10 years now.Before my acne appeated in early 30's, I didn't use any facial make up, but then found I needed to use more to cover the increasing amount of under skin spots and blemishes.After reading reviews I tried this product and I am glad I did.After 1 application, I could see the difference overnight. My face was a little red in the morning, but was so much smoother than it had been in years.I was worried about the redness so only applied every 2 days afterwards. Although that wasn't a problem, after 3rd application I am now spot free and can go to work without foundation again!I cannot believe it actually worked and that it took affect so quickly.I have now regained my confidence that I had lost for so many years. Such a shame I didn't find this sooner.Totally recommend 100%.

Couldn’t live without this handy gel. My teenage daughter and I both find it absolutely fantastic for normal spots and hormonal spots. Better than anything else we’ve tried. It works quickly but doesn’t hurt delicate skin.

Loved it, at first it was very irritating, all my face was red, but you have to be patient, at the beginning try it just a pinch once a week, then depending on how you feel it increase the frequency. Please be patient, none of the other brands I used work for me before.

While I understand that acne treatments take time, after two weeks of consistent use, I haven't noticed a significant improvement yet.My main concerns are:Price vs. Size:The 15g tube feels quite small, especially considering the price. It seems like it won't last very long with regular use.Lack of Body Acne Option:I also struggle with back acne, and I'm disappointed that Acnecide doesn't offer a larger tub or a product specifically formulated for body acne. It would be much more practical for treating larger surface areas.Slow Results:After two weeks of using the product, there has not been a significant reduction in my acne.Pros:Contains 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, a known acne-fighting ingredient.Cons:Small tube size for the price.No option for body acne treatment.Slow to show results.Overall:While I'm willing to give it more time, I'm currently underwhelmed by Acnecide Face Gel. The small tube size and the lack of a body acne option are definite drawbacks. If you have a small area of acne, this product might work for you. But if you have acne on larger portions of your body, or want a product that gives quicker results, you may want to look at other options.

this product cleared my skin within a day of using, I used sparingly & only applied to the actual spot itself if it was a large inflamed spot with no white head & I applied sparingly all over the blemished areas as there’s more little spot build ups there & I can safely say after struggling for around a year & a half with mild hormonal acne & spots from smoking this product has restored my confidence & has cleared my skin almost entirely. It even reduces scars too! Brilliant product & so cheap…can’t complain really. I’m even considering purchasing the face wash to use together but I’ll give this product a little more time first

I used this for about 4 days with no problem. I didn't really have overnight results as other people have in the reviews - but it definitely worked after a few days. Upsettingly though I woke up this morning and found that the two pimples that I applied this to last night (although it did successfully get rid of the pimples), there are just two larger patches of dry skin on my face now that is red. It doesn't hurt so I don't think it's a chemical reaction. I think perhaps my skin was just sensitive to it. I will keep using for small spots but I'm definitely only going to use it when I really have to now.Works amazingly on pimples beneath the skin though!
