Super affordable for Vitamin D3 *with K2*I've been taking it 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri).I *will update* this review after my annual blood test...to see if my Vitamin D level goes up.

This is the best brand I have found for the price and the exact dosage that I have been looking for~ Vitamin D with K2. The white pills are very small - no gagging on chalk like large pills. My oncologist, after being in remission for breast cancer ~ told me that he supported these supplements. So, in a way, "doctor's orders."
