The pillow is hard where the arm hole is. It’s not comfortable at all for someone to sleep on.

Great idea- just didn't fit our needs. My husband really wanted this pillow because of how we sleep at night. The pillow was not what we expected. It was really flat, so we allowed it time to puff up or fill out- but it never did. We tried it anyway, and I didn't feel like my neck was supported enough. I guess it just depends on how much support a person needs to feel comfy, but this wasn't it for us.

Very nice but still trying to get used to it. Little firm but we will see how it is in a month.

Pillow is good but the description lies. It clearly says: "YOU CAN REMOVE & WASH THE PILLOWCASE: Each pillow for side sleepers comes with a removable, washable cover. We recommend that you wash the cover every couple of weeks. Simply toss it in the wash with similar color and tumble dry on low." Mine and others I see reviewed did not come with such a case. You will need to find your own L-shaped pillowcase

I am a side sleeper after years of being a tummy sleeper. The little hollow for my arm creates a much better posture and I am not feeling the afternoon shoulder pain at work. My pain used to be really bad by the end of the workday. Order two, so when you turn, you have it set-up on both sides. The window is sturdy, but padded, so it is comfortable if you flip over and just use the edge of the pillow as well.

Found the pillow to be awkward to sleep on and it didn’t help me unfortunately.

Fantastic idea, I'm so glad someone made this thing. The man and I love cuddling but usually my "heavy af head" cuts off his circulation. I imagine this could build resentment over time so I picked this up and it's just great. The arm hollow is stiff, like lined with a harder plastic, and keeps the pressure of the pillow off as well. Fantastic idea, works awesome, lovely memory foam squish material for support... All around a huge win. I got a California king size pillowcase to fit over it and it still left fabric to spare around the hollow area so it wouldn't pull taut and negate the whole thing. It left a bit of an angle that didn't quite cover the end of it but it doesn't matter to us and it's on the underside so you won't see it if you have particulars about your decor.
