This is one of the few supplements out there where I actually notice a difference. B12 helps convert food into energy so I like to take it right after I eat. One full dropper under the tongue, let sit for 15-30 seconds then swallow. Tastes great. I wouldn’t take it on an empty stomach as it will spike your blood sugar if you do. But you still can if you want.This is the best b12 on the market in my opinion. It’s methylated, plus it’s sublingual (under the tongue), so you just can’t beat that level of absorption. Also, no green pee like those other b vitamin brands.Ps- don’t take double the dose late into the evening like I did one day. Kept me up all night.

First, this product tastes great. It has a raspberry flavor, but it’s almost like an essence, and it’s not very strong. My young two-year-old boy enjoys it and gets very excited to see the dropper coming his way.We started giving this to my son, who is on the autism spectrum. We had read that methylized B-12 has improved responsiveness in ASD children, and we have seen great improvement in the month that we have been giving him the drops.Specifically, he has picked up about 20 words, having previously been nonverbal. He’s also smiling and laughing a lot more, and is a lot more interactive and aware of his surroundings and what is going on in general. Perhaps we are attributing things to this vitamin that are not attributable, but I don’t think so. This is the only thing we have done so far, having just gotten the official diagnosis about a week ago. As soon as our doctor suggested we have our son screened for autism about 6 weeks ago, we ordered the drops.We like that the product is pure, only having the vitamin, glycerin and raspberry flavor. We originally figured it was worth trying, just to see if I would have any impact. Now I’m here today, to order a second bottle. We plan on making this part of his normal regimen for the forseeable future.

I tried this supplement on May 11th, 2017 and it dissolves well in the back of the tongue and it tastes okay (cherry medicine like flavor). I took less drops based on my needs but the most that happened to me (in speaking of my reaction) was that my brain felt different, hopefully it was a feeling of stimulation :). This was during the morning at around 9am. It's 2:37pm now and I feel alright, so I'm hoping it has given my body what it needs and I plan to continue taking.I purchased this product because it is the good form of B12 (Methylcobalamin) and because it's in the liquid form which is easily absorbed. I am 71 years old and suffer from a low thyroid which can make me feel fatigued depressed at times. It has been a few weeks since taking the b12 sublingual drops and I have taken others on the market. This is the first time.(not right away, I want to keep this 100% honest) not in a day or even a few days. It took approximately a week to feel 'different' But I must say, give this product a chance, It does not upset the tummy if you have a sensitive one, and it definitely gives you more energy and sense of well being! I am never going to try another product. This one works and works WELL! There is a slightly metallic taste to it..which im not fond of..but nothing that would make you feel nausated or spit it out. Make sure you dont swallow right away and keep it under the tongue for full effect. That is most important. Thank you for reading this.

The B-12 is perfect

My naturopath recommended this brand as she said it showed great results, so I ordered it. I’ve started taking it, it’s only been a week so I cannot report on the effectiveness yet, but I will report on the taste and easiness of use. It is INCREDIBLY sweet (to me anyway - I don’t consume sugar or many sweet tasting foods)! You are supposed to take 1/4 tsp under your tongue on an empty stomach and wait for awhile until you eat. Well, it’s so over the top sweet that I don’t want to eat after I take it, it completely spoils my appetite (which might be good for those who is trying to lose weight :-) and messes up my food intake routine. I have looked for other B-12 liquids and to my amazement there aren’t that many that don’t have the sweet flavoring! I found only one on Amazon and gonna to switch to it. I regret that I have to switch because my naturopath holds this brand in high esteem and when I searched online and reviews, this was one of the top 5 vitamin B12 liquids on one of the consumer reviews sites. I hope the manufacture would make a version that doesn’t have the sweet flavoring added. I would gladly prefer bitter to sweet.The ease of use is not great either. You are supposed to take 1/4 tsp, but the dropper doesn’t measure it out accurately. It does not fill all the way to the top, which would measure out to 1/4 tsp, so you have to either place the liquid into a 1/4 tsp or just eye ball it.

Ordered this product before and unlike other brands, I found the product very pleasant tasting. Which makes it easier to consistently take; especially when you're looking forward to the health benefits.
