It’s okay
The ingredients are great!!!…. for the most part but I’m disappointed in the addition of stevia. It doesn’t help the flavor but makes it strangely sweet. It also came sealed in plastic but had no protective seal when I opened the top. I would not have tried it if it wasn’t also completed wrapped in tight plastic on the outside.

Unfortunately I had a negative reaction to this product. It made me extremely dopey and I developed heaviness in my chest as if something was sitting on it along with feeling like I had trouble breathing. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid I wouldn't wake up. Fortunately after I quit taking it the dopiness, feeling of having trouble breathing and chest heaviness subsided, this is how I know it was this product.
