I took these before for my knee/joint pain. It worked well, but I didn’t keep up with it and i noticed that it was truly helping my pain and discomfort. I bought again and have been sticking with it and it makes such a huge difference. I don’t like that i have to take 3 at a time, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Will probably still buy the same ones again to keep it consistent.

This is my favorite fish free glucosamine chondrotin supplement. I only need one a day. I notice the effects the most when I run out or forget to take it, my hips and knees will start having pain and issues within a few days. When I’m taking it I can move about normally, getting out of bed doesn’t such as much and going up and down stairs is much less painful. I feel that since I can move better I have more energy.

I have been using this product for several months now and have noticed a decrease in joint pain and stiffness. I have only had one order that I had a bad experience with lot # PD0091724 both bottles had a very strong smell. Kind of like an antiseptic smell maybe the bottles were cleaned outs and not allowed to dry long enough. I'm not sure I tried opening the bottles and letting them air out that helps a little other than this last order, this product works great I'm hoping this bad smell is limited to this particular batch of capsules I have made another order and the new set of capsules there is no smell

After trying other brands this showed quick results. I experienced noticable improvements in several areas. Hip, shoulder, neck and knee.

Seems to work well

They work great however, the capsules aren’t sealed completely therefore some of them leak out.

I can sure tell when I don't take it, my joints get pretty achy.

Used to have joint pains when getting up from sitting and had trouble walking for a few seconds after standing up due to those pains. I felt like I was 80 (in my fifties). All these pains disappeared completely within 10 days of taking these daily. They are expensive but that's one supplement I will never stop buying!!!
