This a a quality real maple syrup! It tastes like the genuine article. This is the mid range of flavor not being too bold or or too light. It is worth the price! Great taste! I use this in my coffee instead of sugar because it has a lower glycemic index. I’ve tried everything from pure monk fruit, erythritol, allulose, etc, but they all had bad taste and ruined my coffee experience. This enhances my coffee and tastes better than sugar. It’s amazing on French Toast (a rare treat).

It's just great. A great maple syrup. A quality product. No regret what so ever on this purchase. Definitely worth the price. If you are debating, just give it a try. I had made comparisons between a lot of items (from the most popular ones to not so popular ones. Basically all the products Google retrieve when you search for best maple syrup) and I found this most appreciable. Not that I tried all of them by myself but based on my reading of the nutrients facts labels and tasting a couple of them. I know we are here looking to buy a maple syrup but you know, I still read labels. I would read a list of ingredients and not just calories but grams of fat, carb, and sugar per serving⁠—they all use different serving sizes so I would keep track of them and normalize it at the end for comparisons. I spent hours for choosing one to buy and this one was for me! I would also visit each company's website and read their stated mission or (if they don't have one) try to see if they show their company pride in this business of making maple syrup! So that was a long way to tell my experience with this product. It's just wonderful. So good.

It's expensive but a little goes a long way. It has a nice rich flavor. I love to bake with it.

This brand offers the best maple syrup and it’s the best use of your calories if you must have maple syrup. It is worth the splurge. Life is short, and I aren’t wasting calories unless it is this maple syrup - we even ordered direct from the company when Amazon didn’t have any for week.

This maple syrup is delicious; what else is there to say? I’ve used it on pancakes, in cocktails, and to glaze roasted carrots - all excellent. It is certainly not inexpensive, but worth it in my opinion. Did I mention the bottle is lovely...?
