Just got this and have only used it twice. I was a little disappointed at first thinking it was going to be flimsy or snap and be a waste of money as I was putting it together. It’s deceptively simple yet very effective and sturdy. It will surely help me get full extension. I’m only a few degrees away and have been stuck here for years. One thing I will say is that this may not work on thicker legs at the very end of the extension. In order to reach full extension, my leg had to fit between the poles. I can see this being an issue when trying to get the final few degrees if you have wider legs. A solution could be to put a very thick pad on the strap so your leg doesn’t have to go between the poles. It would be a very solution. Wish I had this years ago when I was recovering. It would have helped tremendously but the time is now and feel like it will work well to get the last few degrees I’ve been missing.

Great for getting knee extension after Total Knee Replacement. Used 2 times a day, also used before going to PT, when I went to PT, my therapist didn't have to be so aggressive with me. My knee was being stubborn and after using this I was able to get to 0 extension. I started off using this in 15 second increments and eventually worked up to being able to count to 100 while using this. Yes this is expensive but very effective.

Using this when I'm in pain relieves the pain with just a small stretch. It's worth it. Easy to put together. Stable when stretching a injured knee. Design well.

After my total knee replacement I was having difficulty achieving full extension. After an extensive search I decided this might work for me. And it did! Within two weeks I finally achieved full extension. It is easy to use. I keep it near where I sit so I can grab it throughout the day. My only issue with it is that I believe it is somewhat overpriced for what it is.

Helps increase knee extension

This product is very good. After some period of usage, I decided that 3 reps of 100 seconds each was most productive. I do this several times each day. Also, in order to obtain more leverage and a greater pushdown, I added a 5 pound ankle weight on top of the pad behind the knee. One more thing, The front edge of the pad behind the knee cut into my skin and hurt. To solve this problem, I added a spong pad between the Idealknee pad and my knee. Much more comfortable.I recently had a total knee replacement. I came out of it with a slight bend n my knee. I recognized that in order to have a normal walk, I was going to have to get the knee straight. In addition to using the Idealknee, I prop my foot up on a chair when I an sitting watching TV or reading, and I put the 5 pound weight just behind the knee., and on top of the Idealknee strap.Hopefully the combination of both treatments will straighten my knee.

Works great

So I purchased this as I am trying to improve ROM and as part of my exercise I must do leg stretches. I don't have anyone that can help me with using the nylon strap type for stretches. I like it it's easy to use.
