Another solid audition !
Like all of the other books before this story has a perfect balance of Action, detail, character development, and pace. And you always are looking forward to what was on the next page. The story is believable the characters are well developed. And the storyline is good. The only problem I see is that I wish it was a longer book.... Keep up the good the good work!

Never a dull moment
Written well and full of non stop action. So many tough decisions are made in the field and are so heavily weighted on force losses and ground gained. Couldn't put it down. Recommend this book.

Great armor and troop interaction
I found this good ddue to the story being from several point of views. As a former Navy and Air Force member I never had that view of warfare and what they went through. We all our own hell to deal with.

Raw storytelling at its best!
Every bit as hard hitting as the first 2 books of the series! Reads more like a historical event than a work of fiction. Nick Ryan is definitely in the top list of Great military fiction writers. Gotta go buy the next book in the series now!

Fast-paced action. Great read
This is a very fast paced WW3 story concerning a Belarusian invasion of Poland. It's a combination of hi-tech, and long odds, and brutal combat similar to the other books by Ryan. It goes quickly. Highly recommended

Killer action novel
Once again Nick Ryan goes down into the mud and dirt with men and women who have shown their bravery time and time again. The show why the saying exists war is hell. From the prospective of Airborne troooers fighting with other foot soldiers. This story is not for the faint of heart. It’s gruesome and sad. But that’s war. If you enjoy this genre you will not be disappointed. However once again I must point out this there is a glaring lack of diversity in Nick Ryan’s tales. Otherwise they are all good reads.

Is NATO Really Still Alive
I enjoyed this first read...here in the midst of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine....With China, Iran, and North Korea rattling sabers... did I just read fiction or prophecy...I pray that it is the later! With each passing hour, though, I fear the former is here. The only real question then becomes WILL America Defend Europe again or will we allow this Russian led nightmare to continue...Will NATO find it's strength again like we had prior to the End of Communist Europe (Round 1)? Is NATO Still United? While our leaders in America dither and posture for votes Freedom Loving People are being Slaughtered...Children, Elderly, Women...and Men are being CRUSHED under the boot of near soulless "Leaders"... I fear we are THERE...Great book! But a chilling reminder of what is going on RIGHT NOW!!!!

The Good Read
A very good war book action on nearly every page the author seems to know his stuff and there is no mistaking who are the good and who are not so it all makes for a very easy enjoyable read.

World War III still raging
Another book that works quite well. I love the way it details how the invasion of Poland started and the fight against the Belarusians. It was just mwah. I only have one qualm with it: why didn't the M777 howitzers just use counter-battery radar in order to locate where the Belarusian rocket artillery is and fire at them, to neutralize them, instead of using them against the infantry. It would have saved the NATO forces a lot of trouble. And... when an artillery barrage is pounding the town, you hide in the basement or trenches- not stand out on the street.

Mr Ryan’s latest and best in this series
The latest Nick Ryan I’ve read and I think it’s the best so far.Book 7 in this World War 3 Techno Thriller series is my favourite.Action and Character development starts very soon ( as they do in all of Mr Ryan’s books ), the battle scenes are brilliant, they are brutally / realistically described ( often with gore, so be aware). The description of strategy and the military equipment used ( and tactics ) is faultless.I couldn’t put this one down and finished in a day.Highly recommended 👍5 Stars from me.

Rather unrealistic
The author did not do a very good job researching weapons and equipment for this book. It is rather unlikely that the whole 173rd Brigade‘s personnel should fit into 8 C-130 Hercules planes. The description of the Belarusian soldiers is purely racist and the online female character in the book — a journalist — is a cliche, that shows misogynist tendencies.
