I love this knee pillow ! Soft material, firm and supportive! It helped my knee injury and my hips. I definitely sleep better. I bought this one it because it had a strap to keep it in place, but I found that the strap is not needed. The contour seems to keep it in place even when I turn. I do use the strap, however, to grab it from the floor when I'm ready to sleep!

Absolutely works wonderful for those of us that have lower back pain in their side sleepers. Immediately took pressure off of my lower back and spine. Also, I like to mention that with other pillows, they tend to fall off during sleep, but this one does not. It’s soft yet firm and the perfect size.I wish that I would have purchased this long ago. I must admit I was skeptical at first, but this actually works my back finally feels healthy again.

This is a good product but was just too large for my use. It is comfortable and well made and the cover is removable for easy cleaning.

Originally I used it for its intended purpose, but when I got another that I like better as a knee pillow, I started using this for my back. This has been the best pillow for giving me back support while I sit, lay on my side, or lumbar support while I sleep and I've tried many pillows intended to relieve back pain. I seldom wake up with back pain now.

Elastic did not last as long as it should have under daily use. Still comfortable and has helped my back.
