Excellent product. Solid feel and extremely high build quality, easy to install with both 3/8'' & 1/2' ' converter adapter fittings included which I used and fit perfectly. The unit is compact, with a rubber non-slip base so sits neatly under my sink. This replaces a cheaper plastic in-line filter and feeds directly to the dedicated drinking water faucet on my 3 way mixer tap. After flushing for 5 mins post install the water was super clear, no smell and tastes great! Initially I thought it was foggy but it was just microbubbles in the water that settle very quickly. Very pleased and hopefully the filter will perform to a high standard for 12mths as advertised. Replacement filters are only £35 too. Very glad I opted for this over the much hyped water2 filter I'm advertised constantly. Highly recommend!

Great! All metal construction is a plus. Easy to install, competitively priced, noticeable change to water taste. Perfect for appliances that you don’t want to scale up regularly. I connected it to a single cold tap, took about 15mins once i’d ordered an additional adapter for the connections I had.

We have been using a water filter system from a well known reputable manufacturer (water filter pods in a water tank in the fridge) for many years and it's good, but the filters are expensive and should be changed every month; the tank also takes up quite a lot of room in the fridge. I saw this Waterdrop AS13 water filtration system on Amazon at a reasonable price and thought we'd give it a try as we've just bought a new fridge freezer and didn't want to lose the extra fridge space from the new one by putting the old water tank back in. The AS13 is very easy to fit, all you need to do is turn the water supply off at the stop cock, take off the cold water supply hose to the tap and fit the unit in the line using the supplied new hoses. The connection kit also includes hose adapter nozzles to match up the old hose with the new threads and a filter life monitor to estimate when the filter needs changing for a new one. The filters are dearer than our old ones but don't need changing every month and should last a lot longer. We're very pleased with this new system and 2 weeks since fitting it the water quality is still superb and very clear.

Water tastes great. As per other reviews, the slight cloudiness of the water soon cleared after flushing it through for a few minutes. Big thanks to the person that recommended putting silicone plumbers grease on the thread, because like many here, I wanted to ensure I could open the unit when it comes time to change the filter- and it was so tough to do that, I would not have been able to if I waited until after fitting. I needed a vice to hold the base and the strength of both arms on the spanner. Once greased it seems to open easier, guess I need to add an update when I do the filter change in future. It does not leak. Water flow is as good as expected. Fittings provided worked a treat.

Fantastic product. Easy to fit. No plastic. My tap water was awful and smelly - now no taint whatsoever. It looks clean and clear, tastes fresh and no smell. My kettle still scales up, which I'm surprised about, but that is the only small downside.

Looks nice but as it only filters the cold water that is a downside. I tested the water and there was no improvement from tap water.

Ich habe das Waterdrop AS13 Untertisch Wasserfiltersystem nun seit einigen Wochen in Betrieb und bin absolut begeistert! Die Installation war unkompliziert, und das System arbeitet effizient. Mit einer Filterkapazität von 30.000 Litern kann ich mir sicher sein, dass ich lange Freude daran habe. Das Wasser schmeckt frisch und klar, und ich kann den Unterschied sofort schmecken – kein Blei oder Chlor mehr! Die 5+1 Stufen Filtration in Edelstahl sorgt dafür, dass ich jederzeit reines Trinkwasser zur Verfügung habe. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf die Qualität seines Trinkwassers legt. Sehr zufrieden! 💧✨

I've been using Waterdrop RC-3 EZ Change filters for a few years in another undersink filter, but wanted something with a full enclosure for the filter. I'd seen the AS-08, but this AS13 was even simpler, and a better buy during Prime Days. The AS13 uses 1/4" push-to-connect fittings for both hoses, and the filter I replaced also used 1/4" tubing, so installing it took less than 10 minutes. It's a shame, since the hoses feel like good quality, but I didn't need to use them. I am running the output to it's own faucet, as we already had one installed. I also added a little bit of food-safe silicone grease to the filter threads, to make opening and closing a little smoother. The threads are well-cut, but there's a lot of contact area, so anything to reduce friction is good. With the silicone, I was able to open and close the filter by hand, and I saw no leaks from closing it hand-tight. That said, they do include some good tools to assist. I let the new filter run for 5 minutes, per the instructions, and drew off a glass of water to taste. We live in an area with fairly good water, but I don't like the chlorine odor or taste, and the AS13 takes care of both. The filtered water tastes great, better to me than what was coming out of the RC-3 filter, but that one was nearly a year old. I also timed the flow (and remember this is all through 1/4" tubing, and from a dedicated water filter faucet). It filled a measured gallon pitcher in 56 seconds, a little better than what the instructions claim. It may slow down a bit over time, since we do have fairly hard water, but I'm very happy with the performance.

Franchement je ne suis pas de tout déçu, produit de qualité, l'installation facile et rapide avec tous les accessoires fournis (30 minutes pour ma part) l'eau du robinet est complétement différente, tout le monde de la maison a apprécié. L'information importante, comme moi, ceux ou celles qui se posent la question sur la perte de débit, la réponse est non, en tout cas je n'ai rien senti. Le prix du filtre de remplacement est 39 euros pour un an d'utilisation c'est très économique Je vous le recommande !
