Purchases needs to read Italian before using.
I was very disappointed when I received this item because the instructions on the label were all in Italian. I expected that a translation would be enclosed so I could use the product immediately.

Hard to find item made easy
It has not been easy to find grano cotto in the States. Now I can make La Pastiera anytime I want.
