Description
- WHAT CAN DO: Preventing parts loosening due to vibration that can lock and seal the threaded fasteners. Easy to use and clean. Can eliminate micro-vibration wear phenomenon, withstand high load and anti-rust. IMPORTANT NOTE: Push the cap back after use, it is validate forever unless the cap is not covered back after use in 3 days.
- APPLYING: Applying fill gaps up to 0.25mm. Strength: Medium. Solidification time(first solidification/full solidification): 10m/24h. Service temperature: -54~180℃. Shear strength: 3500 Lbs/inch² 24 N/mm².
- USE-METHOD: 1. Clean and dry all surfaces before assembly. 2. Shake well before use. 3. Apply 3-4 drops of glue onto the bolts at the nut engagement area, then flip over the bolts a few times to ensure the glue is fulfilled in the thread evenly. 4. Set in a few mins and cure for 24 hours to get maximum strength. If parts have come into contact with water-based solvents or cutting fluids and a protective layer is left on the surface, flush with hot water before gluing.
- WARM REMINDER: This sealants are recommended not to be used in pure oxygen or in pure oxygen environments, nor should they be mixed with strong oxidizers, which can cause explosive reactions. The product color is BLUE, medium strength, allows screws and nuts to be removed by hand tool.
