I was there for a 3-day sports competition and started prepping with this product a week out. My lungs held up well and my asthma wasn’t triggered really at all. I felt strong and recovery each day wasn’t as bad as it could have been.The lung support seemed to be very good and I will be using this product whenever I have tournaments in the future.If used as instructed you should have good results.

I am an endurance ultra distance cyclist. Took this to improve my VO2 max during an intensive training leading to several bike races. This negatively impacted my VO2 max by 14 points. I will never buy this again. Would give behavior stars if the system allowed. Stay away from this product!
