Not Bad, But Room for. Improvement
After using the oxygen backpack with my InogenOne for nearly 7 months, I have to say that for the most part, I like it. I am primarily using it with the double battery and it fits well inside. If I use the single battery , it sits rather low inside, but I can handle that. I don’t have any problems with the holes for the charging cord, or nasal cannula. My only complaints are that the feet are not securely attached on the bottom and one fell off. The other three are all loose and will probably fall off too. They are difficult , if not impossible to reattach. With the one foot missing, my backpack leans and falls over when I place it on a flat surface. The other issue is that there is no storage to speak of, other than a small pocket with a zipper on the inside. If I want to carry an extra battery, I have to carry it in another bag, or pouch, which is a pain. I do like the fact that it allows me to be hands-free and I don’t have to worry about it falling off of my shoulder, or deal with the weight of carrying it cross-body. The weight is distributed across my back and shoulders, so it is pretty comfortable. I did add extra chest straps to keep it from slipping backwards. I am rather busty, so the chest straps that comes with it slide up and sit against my neck. I wear the other straps underneath my bust and that helps a lot. Overall, the hands-free benefits outweigh the shortcomings, so I would probably buy it again.

Question durability of straps- broke after one use
Used the item one time and the strap broke- loved the product but not sure if it is durable enough?

seems to be just as described
My wife tried carrying her Imogen G3 in a back pack, but it over heated. This product should help but we haven't tried it out yet, so cannot be sure it will work.

In order to charge machine, you have to take out of case.
I order oxygen case for portable oxygen tank. There is connection hole in case for nasal connection to the machine. When I recharge the machine, there is no connection through the case. I have to take the machine out of casr to recharge. Do I have a defect case? I should be able to charge oxygen tank without removing from case. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
