The best buns ever!
We wanted a gluten free burger bun and we have tried many mixes. This is the best one for flavor and ease of preparation. Only water and oil required. Eggs, cheese, milk, butter are all in the mix. We have sent time in Brazil and the flavor of this product is equal to our favorites served there.

Tasty but dry
We love pão de queijo, and this one was tasty and very easy to mix. But it was a bit dry especially on the surface. I like the Yoki brand better.

Can you guys put a video on Youtube showing how to make these?
I've bought two bags of this stuff now and made 5 batches total (varying sizes). All 5 batches have come out completely different and I can't for the life of me figure out why. It's just water and oil being added. It shouldn't be that hard. The instructions are really terrible when it comes to the boiling water bit.

Delicious and easy to work with
It was super easy to work with and it was delicious. I have a reaction to the Brazilian brands, so this was a welcome change. Used it to make a pizza crust and it was delicious!

really good
Easy to make. You need to add extra shredded cheese to the dough for the best result.

Really Easy to Make - Great Snack That's Crusty on the Outside and Mochi-Like on the Inside
The Judee's Brazilian Cheese Bread Mix is a great easy to make pão de queijo mix that only requires two things - boiling hot water and some oil. These tasty little balls are crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and have a great stretch when pulling them apart. They are not as cheesy as I would like, but you could always add a little more parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, Queso Fresco, or any other cheese you like. You will want to have a stand mixer with a paddle to ensure everything is blended very smoothly, but if you don't have one, it is possible to make the bread by mixing everything well with a spoon. To make, simply mix the flour mixture with the required amount of oil and boiling water. You absolutely need to use hot - virtually boiling - water otherwise it won't puff up. Once everything is well mixed, drop the dough in rounded teaspoons (about the size of a golf ball) and bake for about 15 minutes. The resulting puffs were very tasty and the family loved the chewy, mochi-like texture. It's a tasty snack to enjoy with practically every meal - I love these with a cup of hot coffee while the husband thinks they go best with a good steak - and if you want to make these puffs even faster the next time, you can mix the entire bag of dough and freeze the individual dough balls to be baked when you want to (just add another 2 minutes to the bake time). Overall, it's a convenient Brazillian Cheese Bread mix that's worth giving a try.

Love this!
Really easy to mix and make these in the air fryer. You can make the size batch you need, and they’re more tasty than frozen ones you can buy at the store.
