I'm not sure what you mean by legit, but yes it is 4oz., and it is monomer. Not the absolute greatest I've ever used to be sure, but it does get the job done with low odor and can be used with any acrylic powder.

Good cheap monomer great for beginners

This is monomer and you get what you pay for. The smell is there like any other monomer, but it works fine. I used this when I first started doing my nails and it works fine. Not bad and not great. It does what it's supposed to do.
