Darrell Lea says it all when it's about licorice. True licorice taste. The molasses is definately able to be tasted, along with a hint anise. The flavors mingle into a soft melody of deliciousness. Each bag from every order is of excellent quality with soft, delicous tasting little treats. If you enjoy superior quality licorice definately spoil yourself a little and buy Darrell Lea Licorice.

If you enjoy black licorice, jellybeans, etc… You will love Darrell Lea Soft Australian Licorice. Soft and & very flavorful is key here. Be careful, they can also be addictive, which is why I am taking a break. They are available in 7 ounce resealable bags, paper on the outside and (waxed?) inside. The bags are designed to keep the licorice fresh. They come in many flavors, so if black isn’t your thing, try another flavor. Plus they are one to two bite size pieces. Their Great!!!!

Great licorice. The licorice get 4+ stars. However, 1 star since I received only 1 of the 8 bags ordered. NOT good.

I have always bought Darrels Australian licorice. It is so smooth and it is definitely licorice in taste. No other like it, trust me, I've tried. It's a little on the High side, but I don't buy it all the time.

The Aussies know how to make real deal licorice - this stuff is outstanding! Some licorice is too sweet, but this is just right for me. If you have friends and relatives who like licorice, but haven’t experienced true licorice, give them a bag and they’ll always remember who gave them this wonderful delight!

Bold licorice flavor that that is incredibly flavorful. Just wish it didn't feel slippery when you grab them out of the bag. I like the fact that they are fairly soft and chewy and not so hard like other licorice brands.
