These little rubber earring backs are amazing! For years I avoided post-back earrings, partially because posts are super uncomfortable on my ears & partially because I liked the look of long dangly earrings. But now I like the look of simple post earrings (like pearls or fake diamond studs). Since I wore heavy dangles for like 20 years, my ears are really stretched (like REALLY stretched--basically the same as if I'd stretched them on purpose with those weird plugs!!), so now that I wear posts I have to wear them really tight to keep them from drooping. Which makes them extra uncomfortable. But these rubber backs are extremely comfortable--much more than the plastic kind that are the same shape. I can wear them really tight to keep my earrings centered /not droopy, and honestly don't even feel them. Also, they are more secure. Since I'm still not used to posts, I'm paranoid about them falling off. This happened one of the first times I wore a nice pair of pearls (luckily I found the earring after it fell out!) and ever since then I am compulsively reaching up to check my earrings like every 3 minutes, which makes me look and feel like a crazy person. The little metal backs that come with them and the plastic kind that are shaped the same as these are both less secure than these rubber ones. That is, I find that I have to tighten them from time to time. But with these, I do not have to tighten them AT ALL for hours--they literally don't budge. Which makes me worry less about losing an earring. Overall, if you've already spent $100+ on nice pearls (or even $15 on CZ studs), spending another $5 on these for extra comfort and security is DEFINITELY worth it. Not to mention 1 bag is like a lifetime supply. Just get them!!!!!

I wear post earrings. I just take them out to clean them and pop back in. A simple 8 mm silver ball post. I have tried SO many different backs. Some would just loosen and I would lose an earring, some were so small they would just go through the hole and again, I would lose an earring. Some weren't comfortable especially when I was sleeping. So far, THESE are the best for the post earrings I have used. My experience so far: HOLDS the earring in place and even kind of lifts the earring up (I have old lobes, I just turned 70) COMFORTABLE even when sleeping HAVEN'T loosened, holds firmly even if showering, pulling sweaters over my head. YOU GET A LOT for the money. Which brings me to price. WELL WORTH this pittance for ALL these backs. ONE LITTLE CAVEAT: when I first opened the bag, they looked strange, and I realized they are facing each other and you have to just gently pull apart, NOT difficult. So when you get them, know that each piece could be TWO pieces and just pull apart. BOTTOMLINE: WOULD DEFINITELY get these again. After decades of wearing posts, THESE are the best I have found at keeping earrings in place so they don't droop, that don't loosen and that are comfortable!

These earring backs are tight and secure, providing necessary support to earrings. You get a LOT and they are the best size, especially if you have more than one ear piercing. Good stuff.

I love the rubber earring backs . They stay in place they’re comfortable they’re durable and I’ve changed all my metal backs to these rubber backs because they’re just more functionable. They are so easy to use, especially when you’re changing out your earrings from one pair to the other.

These are very good replacements for either backs that don't fit right or are uncomfortable. that I have lost. I have lost many earrings due to ill-fitting or uncomfortable earring backs. These make post earrings very comfortable. In fact, I even use them on earrings with no post, like the ones that have the little snap part on them which always breaks. They also make putting on your earrings easier if you have fat fingers or you have arthritis. I have lots of these in different types. They are so inexpensive. I don't understand why somebody wouldn't have these.

I bought a very expensive pair of designer earrings and found that they kind of “flopped” in my ears. Then I realized after buying metal stabilizing earring backs, that the posts on the earrings were actually thicker than standard. These were a perfect solution. They stretched around the thicker post, and kept the earrings supported. You get a ton of backs in a pack. I would buy again, but now have so many I probably won’t need to.

These are so good. I have lost countless earrings using the backs that they come with, partly this is because one of the holes in my earlobe has stretched. These covers are comfortable, durable and because they are soft and pliable you can attach your earrings further up to make them snug against your earlobe. Would recommend I’m so relieved to have found them they are way better than they look online. They are also a bit thicker than others that have come with earrings so they seem to hold the earrings in place.

These are the wonderful earring backings I use to know. Have not seen them in years. They are soft, secure and comfortable for sleeping in. Where have they been all this time? So glad they are back and they arrived very quickly. Not hard like plastic and metal backings that fall apart. I know my earrings are secure in place and there is no "flopping" forward on a larger type of metal or pearl. I will be buying these again - wonderful.
