Overall I'm happy with the product, but when I received my order, the small Ziplock bag that contained the eyeglass cushions was open and one pair of the clear cushions was missing. I kept the order as I really don't need 10 pairs and the price is reasonable even with one pair missing.I bought this item because I recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses that I love, but the arms cause discomfort to the back of my ears. These ear cushions have helped alleviate the discomfort. I also like the fact that there are 3 loops to hold the cushions firmly onto the curve of the arms of the glasses. I didn't see any other brands that have this feature.
