have been trying since october to purchase from Ikea . They no longer make covers for ektorp. This product was a bit more costly then Ikea but it really is very nice. Just iron it before putting it on it takes a bit of time but the end result gives a crisp clean look. Make sure you get the cotton product the polyester is slippery and very cheap in feel. the workmanship is fabulous I am very happy with my new grey cover.

I have this in beige and decided to order in grey. I got a little stain on it and when I spot cleaned it that area faded . I haven’t washed it but I’m worried it’s going to fade .

I love the color it fits well...it collects a ton of animal hair so if you have pets be aware you will be vacuuming daily!

I purchased this cover and initially, I was pleased with the color and material. After a month of use, I took the cover off the couch to vacuum underneath, and upon trying to put the cover back on, it ripped in two places. If I only had to purchase a cover one time, I would say it is a good value for the money; however, now that I’ll have to buy another cover, I consider it a waste of money. At this point, I could have just purchased a different furniture set. Very disappointed.

I like how thick and sturdy the material and stitching is. I ripped it a small bit by forcing on the last corner, but I love the dark blue color. It really changed our room, in a good way.

I loved this cover until I washed and dried it, and then had the work out of my life getting it back on! It has shrunk. There are gaps between cushions. My hope is with use and a couple of kids jumping around it will stretch out.It washed well. Didn’t loose any color and seems tough.Here what I would tell you before you put this on after washing- limper up! Try some hand and finger exercises first. Be ready to pull and tug like your life depends on it. If you have a friend or spouse, kindly ask for help but be ready for them to be upset later. Maybe offer a drink ahead of time it possible.Once it’s back on, cover it up with something that can withstand anything a puppy,two years old or a sand storm could dish out.You’ll never want to go through that again, really.But other than that they are great!

Great color, one you can't get from IKEA. Fits wonderfully. Well made.Washable. Only downside, cat hair sticks to it, but not a huge deal...
