Happy little Zebra Finches!
This is a fair priced, roomy cage for my Zebra Finches. I have 3 males from the same clutch and they have plenty of room to fly around, chase each other and play with the toys I have provided. It has several access doors, so it is easy to change the water, add food and move things around. Plus, the bottom tray removes from the front for handy cleaning. I line my tray with newsprint or florist's tissue (waxed on one side) to make cleaning even simpler. It isn't the strongest of cages, but then again, the little Finches aren't body builders and I am not moving the cage around very much, so it is not a drawback for me. I would buy it again...I like it that much.

Wonderfully Spacious, Some Minor Complaints
We got this for our kakariki so she'd have a nice spacious home to live in. She's free-flying, but this cage provides plenty of space. A second bird could comfortably take up residency here, probably more if you're talking about parakeets. The assembly, yeah...that was a bit of a pain and I agree with other reviewers that you DO need zip ties. The small black ones will suffice. There's a lot of flimsiness during set up that makes you doubt your purchase, but once you actually have everything together, it is pretty sturdy. I did find a couple of the walls bent outward, making it hard to place the bars it comes with without them falling. So you have to kind of push them inward to get them straightened out. We did manage to find a cover for the cage. It's too big, but it's the closest thing I could find. Add some hanging toys and this cage homes a very happy birdie. (My husband 3d printed the red clips to hold the doors up so the bird can go in and out as she pleases. That is one thing I think could be added to this cage. The doors go up and down and there's nothing to hold them. So if you're cleaning the cage, the door that is supposed to lean toward you when you pull it up just keeps falling on your wrists. If you're able, print some clips!)

Great cage
Great cage for the money. Zip ties definitely secure it better. I like that it’s lighter weight than the other flight cages available, has a plastic tray, and since it’s not a hammered finish like the other flight cages, the bottom grate wipes off very easily. I originally put plexiglass sheets around the bottom to catch debris as seen in my video, but I took them off and put a seed skirt and it works and looks better. Happy with this purchase. The finches love all the room and fly around the whole cage.

packaging is poor
cage is fair a little unstable. in shipping a perch was broken and food cup cracked. Other than that happy. better packaging.

I got what I paid for and it was worth it!
This is a super-reasonably priced bird cage for the large size, and, for the price, I didn't expect much. I got more than what I expected! The instructions were rather poor but I got through them. I used zip-ties to make the cage more sturdy but I expected that for what I paid. I know the price of quality cages, and I paid less than 1/4 the price for this cage. I'm super happy with the cage now that it's together and so are the birds. I would definitely recommend it, but know the instructions are weak and add several zip ties to make the cage a bit more sturdy. For the size and price, however, it's a great cage!

Cheap and not of good quality
Bought this cage for my two parakeets. First the pros, It is an upgrade from the cheap cage that I had from Petco It is a good size for smaller birds. Now the cons Took a bit to get the panels to line up and stay connected. Instructions are just a sheet with 4 pictures and nothing else. I did have to take needle nose pliers on each of the connectors all around the cage to close them. Some were barely curved into a hook others just didn't hold tight enough once assembled. Wooden perches have splinters on them and are not straight. Now that I have crimped each one tight the cage is more sturdy but now the paint is damaged so not sure if that is going to cause issues with the birds picking at it. I think it can be a great cage with a little more quality control.

Parakeets love it!
Sturdy, kinda easy to assemble pretty much on your own with it though. Easy to clean and function with. My parakeets love how big their new home is. Great size!

Budgie Mansion!
Short version: Nice big budgie cage for a cheap price! Horrible instructions. Long version: Currently only housing a few budgies, they were fighting a lot in their much smaller cage, decided to upgrade them to this bird mansion. They seem to like all the space to stretch out in, fights have stopped. This cage has thinner, more bendable bars, like you'd find on typical budgie cages at pet stores. Not the sturdiest thing on the market, but the cheapest you can get for that big of a cage. My parrotlet cage is made from thicker, firm metal, but also cost triple the price for the same space. For budgies, or finches, it is great! Lots of room, tray on the bottom slides out for easy cleaning. Budgies give it two wings up. Mine did not come with the ladders or shelves like another reviewer discussed, I wish it did! Anyone know where we could buy them? But it did come with some perches that fit the cage. Overall the cage is what I expected. Minus a star for the instructions. Really minus three stars, but my birds are so happy, I'll only dock them one. It is one sheet of paper with blurry pictures, and instructions that are no help at all! And the website where they direct you to for "detailed instructions" no longer exists. So you are on your own! You will need a pair of pliers and two people to put this thing together. Stand up the front and back, (front has the doors, make sure they open the right way) and hook together the top between them. Take your pliers and bend the hooks down so it holds. Do the same things with the sides. Sounds easy, should be easy. Took me over an hour, with some yelling involved. Good luck! Lol
