I feel like it is good. It smells good. It’s good sensitivity. I believe it’s kind of effective. I’m not sure it feels effective.

Noticeable difference just after a couple brushing. I noticed when I brush it didnt bleed. And when I glossed it didnt bleed. However, when I didnt use it, there mightve been some bleeding. History of receding gum lines and typically have to get the deep cleaning at dentist . Why didnt the dentist ever recommend this, life saver!!

This toothpaste taste okay, considering it is a deep cleaning variety. Most concentrated type cleansers taste horrible. My teeth feel like i just went for a dental cleaning after using this. It definitely works better than other toothpaste.. However… Im not sure if it was due to the toothpaste or not.. but i have several teeth with sensitivity and/or fillings near to the nerves. And after using this for a week or so.. my nerve pain and sensitivity was through the roof. I was in so much pain that i believed one of my teeth needed to be pulled. I made an emergency apt with the dentist, expecting a root canal or possible extraction. And he did an x-ray.. the nerve in that tooth and the others which had fillings near to the nerves were ALL inflamed. You could see the actual nerve on the xray .. swelled up nearer to the fillings which was causing all of the pain. The gum line, where i usually have trouble with buildup … felt like it was on fire. Now.. with other toothpaste for sensitivity etc.. you can expect it to take some time to dull the pain down etc.. This toothpaste seemed to cause extreme sensitivity, even when trying Collgate sensitivity toothpaste in the mornings and just using this at night. I thought about using this once or twice a week.. but the pain was soooo bad.. that I’m afraid to continue use. So.. my final thoughts on this is that it works very well for those who do not have trouble with tooth and gum sensitivity foremost. The problem is.. .if your seeking this kind of toothpaste .. these are exactly the kinds of issues your probably facing. If you have trouble using this toothpaste.. obviously stop.. and give your teeth and gums a few days to a week to recover. See a dental professional before making any hasty decisions…
