Q: Where do you put the ice at?

This is a "cold plate" based soda dispensing system. The cold plate is an aluminum block of metal with stainless steel tubing inside. The cabonated water and/or syrup is run through the inside of the cold plate when soda is being dispensed in order to cool the liquid. The carbonated water must be cooled to around 35-38 degrees for proper taste and to retain the carbonation. A cold plate will me placed in a container, such as a plastic ice cooler and ice is placed over the cold plate. During use of the system the ice must remain on the cold plate. This is an economical way to have a soda system, however, replacing ice every few days is a concern for some people. The select of a soda system really depends on your application.

Q: Does it come with stickers and/or labels to put on the soda heads ?

Hello.. We do apply the labels for you. When you order a soda system, you will let us know what flavors you are planning on dispensing. We use that information to put on the proper labels and BIB connectors.

Q: Could it be installed in a food truck? what are the full dimensions space that needs with everything?

This system can absolutely be used in a food truck. The cold plate would just need to be submerged in a ice bath. I have attached the specifications for this system. It is a compact system. Specifications: Tower dimensions (inches): 13 1/8 W x 9 1/4 D x 16 1/8 H Carbonator dimensions (inches): 6 x 15 x 13 H Carbonator electrical requirements: 6 AMP, 1/4 HP, 115V AC CO2 tank dimensions (inches): 17 1/2 H x 6 Cold plate dimensions (inches): 8 W x 12 D Let me know how I can help.

Q: Could it be used to dispense Whisky?

The valves are designed with two inputs (Seltzer and Syrup) and the carbonator would not be needed, if there is no seltzer involved. The syrup pumps are configured for bag-in-Box syrup. So not designed for Whiskey. We can't recommend this application. Though with some changes it may work.
