Cardamom Cinnamon Tea - delish and healthy
My doctor encouraged me to add cinnamon to my diet for the anti-inflammatory benefits for my joints. I tried this Republic of Tea Cardamom and Cinnamon and love it. Not only do I feel the benefits to my joints, it seems to reduce my visits to the kitchen after a cup of this delish tea to include all the ingredients.

Zero Caffeine Chai Substitute
Do you like chai? Can you not have caffeine at night like me? Here is your answer! It’s cinnamon first then all the spices break through (granted there are no tea leaves so that earthy tea flavor isn’t there) - bold but nuanced - add a little cream and sugar and it’s a chai latte! I bought a package while trying various herbal teas to drink at night and now I’m on my 3rd box - it’s great! 👍

Herbal Chai!
I adore chai, but I can't drink black tea anymore. I was so happy when I found this! It's chai without the tea! I have a personal stockpile now lol.

LOVE IT
This is my favorite hot tea. When I am cold a cup of this will warm me to my bones. The pepper and spices are the perfect blend. I prefer to drink it with a little bit of honey but I want to cut out the sugar so I have been adding about a 1/4 of a pack of the pink stuff and it is still very tasty. It is a bit more expensive but it is worth every penny, in my book. I have been buying this for at least 20 years and will keep on buying it as long as it is sold and they don’t change the formula.
