Sings well
Beautiful bowl that performs very well. Sounds lovely when struck and, more importantly, it is "sings" very well with little effort. I highly recommend it.

Excellent sound and value.
This is a sweet little bowl, heavy and I get it to sing and reverberate really well. I’ve never had one before. Amazing price and sound.

Small, Powerful, and Beautiful!!!
This Tibetan Singing Bowl is of excellent quality and sings quite beautifully! I was having a difficult time deciding on which bowl to order, but something just drew me to this particular one. Well, this has exceeded my expectations, and I'm absolutely elated to have it! Be well, everyone! Enjoy!

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Though I can't prove it...I'd guess (strongly) the bowl I received was mass manufactured, not tuned in any way. Thus the sound is dull, hollow, joyless and certainly lifeless. This cheap Amazon mistake and it's awful sound are in stark contrast to my other bowls, which includes, bowls bought from different sellers here on Amazon. The bowl from this seller are NOT worth wasting your money on. (It sounds horrible when compared to my 4 other bowls from various sellers.)

What you should know
I chose to purchase this singing bowl because the price was right and the picture of it is beautiful. When it arrived, overall, I was happy with it. But I was disappointed that the gold trim around the top of the rim of the bowl was flawed. Much of the gold paint around the rim had not dried properly so splotches of it were worn away showing the brass color underneath it. I can live with that flaw since it was a purchase for myself, but I wouldnt recommend it as a possible gift for someone if you expect it to look perfect. It took me awhile to get the bowl to sing. For some reason it did not sing when being held no matter how open and flat I made my hand. But sitting on its little cushion it sings very nice and I enjoy it.
