It's always difficult to review supplements but Amazon wants one anyway. I trust this brand, excellent quality and good prices. This is one of my go-to brands for my supplements!!

I’ve been taking this for a while now. The few gray hairs I had have now reversed back to their natural color and new gray has also stopped coming in! I’m so happy and relieved. My eye sight is also getting better, which is an added bonus. I still need glasses but my prescription is weaker. I had someone on tik tok tell me it didn’t work for gray hair. I asked her how long she took them she said 3 months. I went through my purchase history to see how long I’ve been taking these, it’s been exactly 1 year. I saw the gray hair stop coming in around the 6 month mark, and the reversal of gray of gray hair around 9 months. So it takes time to reverse and stop gray hair but if you stay consistent at 3 pills a day with food- don’t take copper on an empty stomach- you should see hopefully have the same results. (I’m 49 and have not dyed my hair one time). I also take mutiple supplements from this company (Horbaach) and trust their products I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from them. They are all 3rd party tested and their headquarters is out of Las Vegas, Nevada if this is important to you!

I use these religiously. Copper is supposed to be good for the thyroid. That keeps meeps me coming back.

Works with iron vitamins

Never knew low copper was an issue until doctor diagnosis. This product has kept levels where they need to be. Small and easy to take. Great product and seems to be working since bloodwork is returning good numbers.
