I ordered the Dulse to put in smoothies after reading a book on healing my thyroid. I love the product. After reading the packing I realized there were so many other ways to use it!

Great taste I eat right out of the bag. Flakes are good for sauces, salads and tuna fish. Is reported to permanently bind to Mercury and heavy metals. This is why it may contain trace amounts of heavy metals and hence the warning on the package. My understanding is that Dulse will not let go of heavy metals once bound therefore it is not a health hazard like fish with mercury can be. But combine with tuna salad and I am less worried about eating tuna, as it will hopefully bind any mercury found there in. I find it also helps to decrease appetite and will snake on the leaves at work sometimes. Great salty taste. Nice consistent product.

I am very disappointed! Misleading! Wrong product! The product I received is not the product I ordered and it says no returns I buy this brand and product all the time and this time it is smoked ewwwwbut that wasn’t on the picture or description anywhere! I don’t like it and now it says there is no return so I paid top dollar. (I pay 1/2 as much on Whole Foods but they were out of stock) for a product that was advertised falsely on Amazon and I don’t want it at all.

I love this as an addition to salads!

It was all dried up and crunchy. It should be soft and moist when it’s new. Company doesn’t do returns. Complete waste of money. I would never order from them again.
