So yeah, after a helpful Ulta associate steered me to a truly wonderful Japanese lip sleeping mask when the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask I’d come to get to find out what all the hype was about, was sold out, I have finally tried it. The Ulta employee was correct, I was NoT impressed.However, I was impressed w/this Laneige Lip Treatment Balm. While it appears much more opaque in the pot, I really like how pale & transparent it actually is. I use it as an overnight lip mask & as my everyday lip balm. I love how the kinda retro paleness of the shimmering pearly white color subtly tinged w/ pink, looks on my lips. It seems to hydrate much better w/the effect lasting longer than the Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask. But, like the sleeping mask, this Laneige lip balm lasted just over a year.

This works well and is very moisturizing but overpriced. Other products are on the market that work just as well and less expensive.

I am a huge fan of Laneige sleeping lip masks and have been using them for years. My lips are super dry, especially during the colder months. I was excited to try this lip treatment balm as a daytime addition to the sleep masks and it did not disappoint. My lips stay hydrated with this balm on than with most other daytime products I tried. The balm has a creamy consistency, a bit of an iridescent sheen and a pleasant coconut and fruity smell. One of my favorite parts about the balm is a built-in applicator! I strongly dislike applying lip products with my finger and the applicator is the perfect solution that is convenient and easy to keep clean.

This was recommended to me by a friend after I used my face (bottom lip) to break my fall back in September. My lip is slowly healing and needed heavy duty moisturizing coverage. I’m a diehard Burt’s Bees user, but I wasn’t getting what I needed.This is really nice stuff and keeps my lips hydrated much longer.

The balm does a good job of nourishing and hydrating my lips, leaving them feeling soft and moisturized. I also noticed a slight improvement in the smoothness of lip wrinkles, which is a nice bonus.However, I didn't see a significant boost in fullness as advertised. The texture is a bit thick and sticky, which can be uncomfortable for some users. Additionally, the scent is quite strong, and not everyone might find it pleasant.Overall, it's a decent lip balm with some benefits, but it might not be the best choice for everyone.

Okay. Okay. So hear me out. I know you see the price tag and think “Nope! No way. This is highway robbery in a small package”. I thought so too at first!Being a fan of the Moisturizer and Lip Sleep Mask I figured I would give it a try because I haven’t been let down before. I am so happy I bought this balm.FIRST OFF. It smells like tropical heaven. The second I put in on and smell it, I am transported to some far off beach where the pandemic in nonexistent and I’m on top of my beauty routine. It’s this topical coconut scent that isn’t overpowering or fake smelling.As if that wasn’t enough…GUYS. THE FREAKING APPLICATOR IS STORED IN THE FRONT OF THE LID. Game. Changer. I cannot tell you how mad I get with these paint pot containers that expect me to have my life together enough to not lose the applicator. I will lose it. They know this. You know this. I thought the front of the balm lid looks like it has a cute circle accent on it until I realized it’s the applicator! It’s this small silicon brush that’s easy to use and rinse.As if all of that wasn’t enough to made you spring for this lip balm - the formula is also great! It applies clear and makes my winter chapped reptile lips so soft. It has plumper in it too so you get that tingly feeling as an added bonus. Like chewing five gum but it’s lip balm.Buy this. Seriously. Just do it!
