I bought a set of the interchangeable blades and loved them. Bought another set as a gift. One of the blades broke on the clip that holds it into the interchangeable handle, making it unusable. Per their warranty instructions, I went on website and filled out warranty claim, noting I loved the knives. Immediately rcvd an auto-reply that they received my entry and would be in touch shortly. A week later I replied to the 'customer service' email address included in the auto reply. NO RESPONSE. 2 weeks later I sent another inquiry to 'customer service'. Still no reply!Just sent a third email noting they obviously do not stand behind their warranty and have no level of customer service. Don't know what else to say. Good product, as long as it can last...but zero back-up support or standing behind their product.

Handle broke first use.....blade broke too....Right at the attachment point....Being in remote Alaska makes returning impossible...depend on quality products up here....this one was not.

I like the set, but keep in mind that they are extremely sharp. I barley rubbed against one of the blades while placing another in its spot and cut the top of my finger pretty bad. Plus, the top of the storage container has a flimsy design. The outer top side is somewhat rubbery and bends down towards the knifes. You can't place equipment on top of it because it could effect the blades if not placed in their slots properly. More thought should have been placed in its design of the container in order to safeguard the knifes. Lastly, check out BABBA's warranty they only offer one to those sold by authorized dealers and eBay and Amazon are NOT considered an authorized dealers. So, you might have issues if you get a DOA set upon shipping. Plus, the Amazon site I bought it from did not offer free returns, just quick shipping, but at a higher price.

This knife fits in my hand nicely. All of the blades are sharp, hold an edge, and don’t seem to rust. I really like the case and would recommend this to anyone. I read a review saying that the blades chip. This is BS I’ve cleaned over 100 bass and Walleye with no issues. Cuts like warm butter. Buy it you won’t be let down!
