Our 9 year old son loves this safe! He enjoys being able to keep his allowance safe in it, and it works really well. Would make a great gift for most kiddos. The batteries don't drain easily, the code works perfectly, and it's just fun.

This bank was great for 9 months. Everything worked well for 9 months before it stopped working. Honestly, it lasted longer than I anticipated given that fact that it cost less than $20. It is made of plastic and has basic wiring inside to operate the lock and currency feeder so it was only a matter of time until my son dropped the bank on the floor and dislodged a wire. At that point, it will not open. If that happens to you, just take a flathead screwdriver and wedge it in the crack between the door and body. The locking mechanism is in the very center and it will pop open with a little push. This beat having to take a hammer to it to get the money out.

We have the pink and the blue. Kids really like it. They can set the passwords easily to start. In order to change the password you need to take the batteries out to reset the machine.

My son loves this safe/bank. Makes the sound of money at the atm.

Great for small kids, doe not have a compartment for coins. But works well and my son loves it.
