Awesome stim free pre workout!!!! Solid pump and energy.

I weight train 5-days per week. I've always enjoyed a good pump during a workout, but the time I train, is just a few hours after having my morning coffee. And when I say coffee, I drink the 2 1/2 times caffeine coffee. So, I don't want stimulants in my preworkout just a couple of hours after coffee. I was skeptical of pump only (no-stim) preworkouts, but this stuff is legit. Still had plenty of energy and the pump was incredible! I love to train and I look forward to it. If you're someone that needs the high stim for motivation, that's different. I'll definitely be adding this to my list!

Intra-Carb is one of my favorites because it keeps me going through my day! I work at a Middle School outdoors all day, 5 days a week, so I’m definitely on my feet a lot and I’m also having to keep up with the students. I take this product during my workdays on my morning breaks. After my work day is done I take care of my 3 kids, ages 9 and under. It takes a lot out of me; however, Intra-Carb gives me that extra energy boost to get me through the day without becoming tired or sluggish. The cool thing is that it tastes super good on top of everything else! Thankful this way

Tastes bad, works worse

I got a great pump from this product but it had a really weird taste like I was drinking a super artificial grainy mashed fruit drink. It didnt feel “smooth” at all. But if I could dilute it with even more water I guess it’d be okay but the flavor feels really weird compared to other preworkouts I’ve tried. But at least it’s an effective product.

Wow! I have been in search of the perfect pump mix for years and I’ve tried MANY different things and combinations. Today was arm day and I already noticed “swelling” after two sets (it usually takes 4-6 sets) in my triceps. By the end of working then I was totally “swole” and even my shoulders were pumped. I only was able to do Blood flow restriction bands for biceps due to tendonitis but when I finished those I had to literally walk around for a few minutes because the “pump” pain was so strong. My arm veins were like ropes for those sets. Now, a full eight hours after I took this supplement (I did two scoops) - I still have a slight pump with excellent vascularity still. I didn’t have any issues with flavor as others have reported. It wasn’t great but not too bad at all. I have the cherry lime flavor and will get the same again. I should add that although two scoops has 6g L-Citrulline, most don’t realize that L-Citrulline takes time to become active because it needs to be processed by the kidneys first. So, I also took 5 g about 90 minutes pre workout (L-citrulline by itself). I also add pine bark extract pre workout with a couple other things I’ve been experimenting with but nothing works like this product for a pump. I will only use this product in arm and Shoulder days as that is when I like pumps. I can’t even imagine what would happen when working on back legs or calves. The only drawback is the packaging. It is in a bag with a crappy seal which is hard to re-seal after opening. I will dump it all in a gallon Zip-lock bag and use it that way. It is quite “dusty” so take it easy not to get a bunch of powder airborne. Again, this product is the pump “bomb”. If you love pumps, you will love this.

This product is fantastic! Would give 10 stars if it were possible! My wife and I are just getting into strength training and often find ourselves sore after a heavy lift day. This powder is a god-send! Drink a little before the lift and most of it during - not only do we get much less sore, but it seems to give us added energy throughout the lift as well. We also got some of the HyStim pre-workout from Granite, which is another fantastic product. We aren't on the Keto diet, but I don't think it matters, this is still really effective. tl;dr does exactly what it promises to do, and we'll be customers for a long time!
